They came and towed my car within an hour. They sent me pictures and made me feel comfortable when they delivered it where I wanted them to. I will use them again I recommend highly!

Got to use Metro Towing for an incident where the front right tire had popped out of the rim and the front right axel had disconnected. The guy who responded to the tow request from dispatch, Najib was awesome to work with. He called me and kept me updated about his ETA. More importantly he knew how to load an EV on the flat bed and did a great job getting an R1S in an immobile state with axel and suspension damage onto the flatbed. To make it even better, he called me after he dropped off the Rivian in the collision repair center. I am super thankful for getting someone who is clearly excellent at their job and at customer service!.

Got flat tire mid night in Dublin/Livermore.Geico estimated 1-2 hours but I called Metro Towing explained my urgency as I was with my family and Alex showed up in 25min after my call.Alex was very courteous and kind. He took good care of my car while uploading, securing with ties and downloading.I would certainly recommend and appreciate help from Metro Towing and Alex too.

Great company. Told me 30-45 minutes they were quicker. Loaded up my truck with care. The driver, Alex, was awesome. Super professional and friendly. He drove us and our truck back to the city. He's a great driver and was nice to chat with. (Alex, good luck with the holidays, with Niner, Raiders and Cowboys fans in the family. Ha ha) his truck inside was super clean also. I'm in the auto repair business and I can tell you there are a lot of bad tow companies out there, these guys are awesome. And the price was a lot less than expected. They could have taken advantage of us since we were on a bad spot, but they didn't. Thanks Alex and your team.

I had flat tire caused by hit something on the freeway.Geico app arranged other company with Towing service But 75 minutes ETA. I couldn't wait that much and called Geico if only changing spare tire Might be faster or not.Geico found Metro and ETA 35 minutes. Ramzi called me before and showed very soon.I think waiting time was 20 minutes or less.He is very gentle and kind.I was so nervous with this happening and he let me come down. He let me in his cool towing car while waiting ,so no need to wait with hot weather .My car was damaged and little falling side bumper.Ramzi fixed temporary with zip tie. I could drive to tire shop safety.He is best towing guy in my experience. Very appreciate to him.

I really don't like posting poor reviews, but after getting messaged twice by the driver who "helped" tow my car to leave a review, here comes my full unfiltered and honest review.Let me start off by saying, I did not pick this tow company to tow me. My Mustang GT broke down and I needed a flat bed truck to tow me to the nearest mechanic. Geico offers free towing through my insurance I pay to them so they sent "Farid" from Metro Towing to assist. Keep in mind, my car is factory/stock height. It's not lowered or stanced. From the get go, as the driver was positioning the bed of his tow truck underneath the hood of my car, when he went to lower the bed the rest of the way to the ground, he accidentally raised the bed of his tow truck, slamming the bed of his tow truck into the bottom of the hood of my Mustang. I audibly yelled out in shock. There was a loud slamming sound and my whole car jolted upwards and then popped back down as he quickly realized his mistake and lowered the bed. So right off the bat, not a great start.Next, he said he was going to release my E-brake. I have a manual transmission car. It was in neutral (per his request), but the E-brake/parking brake was engaged to prevent the car from rolling away. He leaned in through the driver's seat and grabbed the brake lever and tried to force it to go down. There is a button on the end of the brake you must push in first, then the brake lever will go down. He was not doing this, instead he was using all his might to try and brute force the lever to go down. It was not budging, but it started to bend (it's not supposed to bend fyi, meaning he was going to break it if he continued). Immediately, I started yelling "Sir stop! You're going to break it please stop, you have to push the button in first, sir STOP!" As I am shouting this, I am grabbing at his waist and trying to pull him out of my car before he snaps the break lever. I could see it starting to bend under the force he was applying. This chaos goes on for about 5 seconds when he realizes through my shouting at him what he's doing wrong and finally he pushes in the button and the brake lever goes down all the way. The car immediately rolled a couple feet forwards with both of us hanging out the driver side door stumbling to keep our footing. The car then came to a rest at the base of his truck bed. At this point, I had heard a noise come out from underneath my car when it had rolled forwards. The tow truck driver walked to the front of his tow truck and started reeling in the tow hooks which were supposed to be connected to the underside of my car. I dropped down to all fours and looked under my car and one of the hooks had come off and was laying on the ground. Only one hook was engaged on the right side of the car, the left hook was dragging along the pavement. I yelled out to him to stop and that a hook came off. He stopped immediately and loosened the slack in the hooks and got back under the car and placed the hook back where it should go.I was pretty distraught and upset by everything that had happened until this point. The saving grace in this whole encounter was he managed to get my car onto the bed of the truck without scraping the back end along the ground. Once we got to the tow destination I explained how the parking lever worked so he wouldn't try a repeat of earlier. He aced it the 2nd time around. He also managed to get my car off the bed of the truck without any further disasters happening. I was originally going to leave 1 star, but since he managed to get it to its destination in one piece I'm adding back 1 more.Overall this was the worst towing experience I have had so far, and I have had to utilize flat bed tow trucks a total of 3 other times (different companies than this one) in my life and they all went flawlessly. This experience took an already stressful day I was having and just really pushed it over the edge. My husband was with me and can attest to everything that transpired. Had a bad battery. Left me stranded. I carry roadside service with Geico so I gave them a quick call. Tow driver literally showed up within minutes. Within a couple of seconds I was back on the road. thank you!

This company really like an angle helped me , My car was broken during the late night of New Year I was trying to call other companies but not responding more than half of them were closed without any emergency backup. Just I found Quick Towing with the Quick coordination of Mr.Max he was helped me and send some one in a half hour and towed my car. They made my New Year Happy.I strongly recommend to all.

Very informative of my situation the Driver always kept me updated on his location even though he was on time because I was worried about getting a parking ticket. My dead car got a quick and safe tow. Well Service!
