Excellent Service for such a mediocre motor lodge. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. And black out curtains had me waking up super late but refreshed
Food & drinks: Stay away from the soggy runny scrambled eggs. Everything else was great though. Although the shot glass sized coffee cups were very frustrating.

Came to the hotel in a pinch, needed a room fast for a mentally exhausted person. Breanna at the front desk was incredibly patient and understanding despite it being 1:30am. Thank you very much!!

Rooms were nice and clean.
Breakfast was alright.
The key card kept losing its program for my door.
I would come back.
Oh, and there is a lot of food within walking distance.

First went in customer service was pretty good, room was alright.
Then come next morning, breakfast was not ready, they were piecing it together. Cold eggs (only thing to eat that was hot, had cereal though). I had grabbed my bag from the room and I had left my rx sunglasses in the room (I just didn’t grab them not thinking about them). So I called and asked for them to get them so didn’t get thrown away or taken. We’ll never received a phone call back to see if they had them, so I swung by to see if they had them, well they said there was not anything in that room at all. I had searched high and low in my truck and it is not there ( only two places could’ve been, my truck or the room) like really come on, they are freaking prescription sunglasses! Quality inn has never been a problem with me, but this one haha maybe they need some rx sunglasses more than I did, if so god blessed them.

I reserved a room a couple of days before arriving. I was greeted by a person named Mark at the reception/check-in counter. He said he needed to hold my driver's license and debit/credit card. I asked him how much the stay would be for one night. We discussed all the needed details including a king size bed, one room with one person for a one night stay. I asked what the cost would be and he said he could not tell me. I asked what the basic price would be without any thing added at the end of my stay. He would not tell me and became very rude. I asked for my debit /credit card back and my driver's license as he told me to just leave. I'll never recommend Quality Inn and Suites to anyone.

The place looked kinda sketchy - all room doors faced the parking lot. Ice machine was broken. Fax / copy machine was broken. Jacuzzi / hot tub was broken. Tepid water in the lounge.Free breakfast was fine but the small area equaled less options provided.Our room seemed newly refurbished and clean, so that's why they get a 3.

Ok room but your neighbors also found the lowest rate here and are yelling outside all night like it is ok. Plus you can hear everyone go to the toilet in neighboring rooms, the shower dribbles and takes forever to shower. Not fun.

Great room, great price, great breakfast. Check-in and check-out fast and easy. The room was clean, spacious, stylish. The blackout blinds were fantastic. Plenty of lighting, plenty of storage space, and no annoying, unnecessary decorative bedding. The bathroom was super spacious with plenty of towels. Large screen tv, big fridge, a microwave, coffee machine with lots of cups, ice bucket with lots of cups.
The breakfast was impressive: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, fruit juice, milk cartons, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, honey, muffins, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Parking was convenient, the whole facility was neat and clean.

The hotel was very nice, breakfast in the mornings had a great variety of hot and cold items. Clean, nice area and I had a great room. Front desk staff was friendly and answered any questions I and my traveling friend had.
Rooms: My room was very clean, large, had every necessity I wanted or needed.

I've stayed here many times since it opened. The check-in was fast and efficient, Mark made the whole experience great. The building and grounds are well maintained and the interior elevator makes getting to your room safe and secure. Overall, a great place to stay.
