I sometimes prefer shopping at puma instead of Nike , not anymore! Went in there to buy a shoe for my six-year-old. I took about 20 minutes to find a shoe that was within my budget as I try not to spend too much money on his shoes. Found a shoe that was attached to a security wire and underneath the price clearly said 29.99$. Looked for a size 5 and found one box with one shoe in it. I asked the sales rep lady if she could help me find the other shoe for that size 5. She took off the other size 5 from the display wire !! Once again the display wire shoe on top of the price tag that said 29.99$. When I took it up to the counter, the manager named Stephanie said the shoe is actually $39.99. The rep that had taken the shoe off for me was standing right there and even told her that that was attached to the price tag 29.99$. Manager completely disregarded , what the store price was showing and said no this was accidentally attached to the wire by another customer? And she cannot honor that price for me. So now customers are attaching display shoes to the wrong pricing at the puma store. Then why are there even people working there ? And oh that was the last pair for that particular shoe in the entire store. It’s not the $10 difference it’s the principle of it and honor the price that is underneath the shoe that is attached to your security wire!!! If the shoe was just laying there sure whatever , customer could’ve put it there. Really really bad customer service especially from a “manager”!
Never returning unless to return the shoes ?

Horrid experience at the Puma Store today. We were trying out a pair of Pumas for my 17 month old daughter and making sure she was comfortable by walking inside the store before we make the purchase. Pretty abruptly one of the store reps, Nicole, walked up to us and asked us : "Are you going to buy those? If not, we consider pairs lying outside as stolen". This was an extremely jarring moment for us as it's pretty logical for shoe buyers to try out a pair, get comfortable, and buy them. And for infants, it takes a bit more time (Parents would know). My wife and I really felt offended with this behavior and put the shoes back to where they belonged and left. But before we did, we provided this feedback to one of the managers, Renz. There was no apology expressed by Nicole. Note to the owner - Please ensure customer friendly employees are hired who do not drive people away from the store. As a result of this experience, we took our business to the Nike store in the same block.

Puma Factory Outlet in San Francisco Premium Outlets is moved to a much bigger location, newer, and carrying more merchandise in this new store. The store is way better organized compared to their old location. I have an outstanding shopping experience. They have much more selection at this new location. The employees are very friendly. I think they're nicer than when they're in the old store. They have a better working environment, a bigger store, and more employees. It makes their job less stressful. I like the brand "Puma". This is one of my favorite brands. I'm happy to see that it has a beautiful store now. I think they'll have a lot more happy customers there too! This included me! Lol

San Francisco premium outlets in Dublin California is a very large branded outlet showrooms. Wien more than 5000 parking slots, visitors will love shopping for most premium branded as well as branded in shops like Gucci, Prada, Coach&Terry bruch, Burberry, Mark Jacobs, Nike, Adidas etc. The outlet has lots of food courts too. One would love shopping in this outlet. Went during Independence Day 4th July time where lots of discounts are available in all the shops. Loved shopping here.

The store was very clean and organized and easy to find when I needed. It was an outstanding deal for some amazing fashion. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a shoe with a basic design flaw. Puma forgot that feet is L shaped and ankle needs extra space to fit in.I returned the horrible shoes.

They had good deals on weekdays. They also got 40 to 60 clearance prices. Shoes and jackets are on sale. They lowest price I see on shoes was starting at $29.99, but they were more on clearance. The only thing was that only one cashier
