We are new to Primrose School of Livermore and have nothing but amazing things to say about the school and staff! If you’re considering this option for your child(ren), you will not be disappointed. ☺️
From the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and overall look and feel of the facility— we’ve been very happy, and so are our kids! We have two young children enrolled here and drop off and pick up are going very well. There is ample parking close to the entrance for pick up and drop off and classrooms are very roomy, well organized and clean. Staff to child supervision ratios are also great— when I pick up my three-year-old there are always enough teachers to support this age group.
We are also greeted every morning with a friendly “Good morning” by the owners and staff— setting a really nice tone for the day. We also love the curriculum being taught here! Our three-year-old-is saying more words at home and our 14-month-old is very close to walking and starting to try and name colors. The teachers at Primrose school of Livermore care very much and you can see this reflected in my kids at pick up.
? School highlights:
✔️ great child to teacher ratios.
✔️ meals prepared on-site and included in tuition (two chefs on staff).
✔️ easy breezy drop off and pick up. Large parking lot with lots of spaces close to entrance.
✔️ great communication from leadership who communicate with you directly through their app and share photo updates.
✔️ cookie Fridays! ? ♥️?
✔️ friendly, kind and professional staff.

This school/day care is so wonderful! All the teachers are wonderful!! The teachers take the time to speak with you personally and address any questions you have when you address them. They send pictures of on the app and give you updates through out the day. The classes are filled with art and activities and learning. My daughter is 2.5 and she comes home so happy telling us all about her day and what she learned. It’s so amazing to see how much she has learned in the year she has been going to the school. I would highly recommend this school/day care to anyone looking!!

This review is long overdue, but we absolutely love Primrose School! After extensive research, we chose this school for our little one, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. The classrooms and play areas are impeccably clean, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our child.
The teachers in the infant room, especially Ms. Lipika and Ms. Vasantha, have gone above and beyond to ensure our child's comfort and well-being. My child was very attached to the teachers, happily extending her arms to them at drop-off. They provided daily updates on our child's eating, sleeping, and play activities, which we greatly appreciated. We received individual pictures of our little one daily, sometimes even hourly during the first few weeks, which was incredibly reassuring.
Primrose has an excellent protocol for informing parents when a child is unwell, and they were accommodating with all dietary restrictions once our child started solids. The teachers are very hardworking and kind, consistently encouraging our child to meet developmental milestones, and she thrived under their care in the infant room. It was a difficult decision to transition her to the next class, but Ms. Sangeeta and Ms. Madeline have proven to be equally exceptional, and we are grateful to have made that decision.
Our little one looks forward to going to school every day, thanks to the nurturing environment created by the teachers. We are delighted with our decision to enroll her here. The office staff, including Ms. Priyanka and the director, Ms. Ellora, have been incredibly accommodating and always address any concerns with a smile, even during busy times.
Overall, Primrose School has been a fantastic choice for our family. It's a place where we feel confident leaving our child every day, knowing she is well cared for and supported in her development.

My son has been attending Primrose Livermore for the last 2.5 years. I have very positive things to say for this facility. Their teachers are amazing. In these 2.5 years, my son has traversed all the way from infant room to toddler room to early preschool. The caretakers are compassionate and really bond with the kids. I always used to get the feedback at the end of the day from the teachers about how my son did in their care. The activities in the school helped my kid in his learning process. The front desk staff are friendly and always willing to help. The members of the leadership team are always available to answer my concerns.

We have been a part of primrose for 2+ years. Within those two years, things went from good to horrible in a matter of several months. In a few words if I can sum it up, it would be greed, lies, lack of compassion, entitlement, and horrible treatment of others. The facade of a premium brand quickly faded after speaking with the owner, Neha. When I called to ask why tuition rates were increased by $600 per month, in one year, she said because of COVID (in 2024 mind you). I paid because we liked the teachers. But in my gut something was off. When I brought up concerns, she would use my words against me. I was concerned about a staff member being rude and snippy with children and she told me that teacher was pregnant and it was likely her hormones. I brought up how another staff spoke to me rudely about my child and the owner chalked it up to, oh well the teachers second language is English. The owner will never take ownership or provide solutions to any issue. There were also issues with the facility itself in terms of the quality of toys and cleanliness. Our child's toddler class has pee stains on the potty at school, broken toys, and the classes seem to just get dirtier and dirtier. The directors have changed 3x in the last few months (all of them have quit because of the owners behavior) and the teachers in my child's class have changed 3 times in a few months as well. I brought up concerns about my child not being fed properly, and I got met with a ton of defensiveness...along with the comments "I'm not defensive, I don't need to be defensive." The owner told me how busy the school is including admin. The school runs because they have parents and children no? So shouldn't parents and children be treated the best? The owner doesn't seem to think so. She has spoken ill about me since we met with her regarding our concerns. She has made it okay for directors to talk about me behind my back. Saying things like I'm picky and special and making a big deal out of nothing. Extremely unprofessional. And most recently, the rumor going around is she "kicked us out" of the school. Again, rather than addressing my concerns and apologizing like anyone in a service industry would, she was offended because I sent a strongly worded email. She did say if I wasn't happy I am happy to transition elsewhere. What the owner doesn't realize or maybe doesn't care, is I also recommended people to primrose. And now I shall do the opposite. We have paid so much money, made referrals, and vouched for primrose. After all of that, a few concerns later the truth has finally come out. The owners are full of greed, and do not know how to work with others. They are condescending and rude. Rather than offering support to staff or apologizing it is just excuses for why someone acted this way. The staff seem beat up and tired. Lastly, and worst of all I asked if a new staff member had credentials and early childhood units. The director assured me she had the same credentials as the main teacher. This was also a lie. The secondary teacher had no early childhood units. (one of the only schools in the area that does not have fully credentialed teachers!!!) How can you bill yourself as a premium service with the lies, greed, rudeness, entitlement, and inability to accept any form of responsibility or accountability. Most all the facilities in Livermore only hire staff who have their units....and most of them don't charge close to 5k per month for two kids..There is also no transparency with tuition or rate sheet-other places provide this information up front. I would look elsewhere for childcare.

We've absolutely loved our time (3 years and counting) at Primrose School of Livermore. The food is included, saving *so* much time, mental load and hassle. Their flexible hours accommodate various schedules (not having to sign up and pay extra for a 3pm-5pm 'after school program' is a huge plus). The staff is truly amazing, caring for each child as if they were their own, a sentiment echoed by my daughter who often expresses missing them when we get home. Lastly, Cookie Friday has attained legendary status; my kids adore it, and we feel immense gratitude knowing they are so well taken care of!

Hi, I’ am a teacher and a parent at Primrose School of Livermore. My child has attended Primrose the same day I began to work after the pandemic. I am going to say I was very, very nervous of going back to work and also as a first time parent I was an emotional mess of the thought of leaving my child under a strangers care. My son’s first teachers Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Marisol, and Ms. Susana made me feel relief with how loving and motherly they were with my child. Always very understanding and as they knew I was a worried mom they would communicate through out the day of how my child was doing always giving a sign of comfort.
My child now transition into Ms. Rona and Ms. Preeti’s class and I am very happy and comfortable with having my child in their class they are very fun and professional, and their class structure is very well balance amping the two teachers. I wouldn’t change my child from attending Primrose I trust that my child is safe and well taken care of.

My daughter has been attending Primrose since she was 4 months old. She loves her teachers Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Jyoti and always has so much fun at school. They make learning easy and seamlessly incorporated it into the infant room curriculum. Ms. Jyoti also goes out of her way to learn my daughters cues and gives such great advice on how to navigate new milestones. We are so lucky to have such a kind and nurturing teacher. My husband and I were very hesitant to use a daycare as this is our first child, but the teachers and staff here make us feel so at ease. Our daughter is safe and well cared for at Primrose.

My baby has been at primrose in the infant class for the last 2.5 months and is absolutely thriving! He started when he was 8 months old. He loves his friends and loves his teacher Miss Lipika. Each day they do multiple different learning activities, play outside, even try new foods. We are so happy with our decision to have our baby go to primrose, it has been the best for our family. The staff is so helpful and friendly and truly care about and love their babies. We have had an amazing experience so far and look forward to our baby continuing to learn there!

Our little one started here when she was around 7 months old, and has loved (and can name !) each one of her teachers' names. The knowledge, values, and especially the care she's experienced from the front desk staff, to the chef, and teachers are incredible. Thanks for creating such a warm and welcoming environment!
