I brought my daughter here for a party and the experience was amazing, customer service was 10/10. We played in their playroom for about an hour and after went out to eat. We had a great time and highly recommend

Went here for our first time and wasn’t sure what to expect. We got there right at open and only had to pay $17 for a child’s ticket and their special grippy socks. (Some places charge the parents like we’re going to be the ones out there playing, so that was nice that adults are free.) My son has autism so we wanted to get there early so he had has much time to play before it got too busy/crazy. He really loved it! He loved knocking himself into all the equipment and flinging himself down the slides. My husband was able to safely and comfortably follow him around when needed up in the play structure, there wasn’t anywhere he could really elope or leave and they had seats available for the other parents who weren’t up in the play area with the kids. It was FREEZING cold when we first got there but by the time we left an hour later, the two of them were super sweaty. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful, but they don’t have anyone in the play space to enforce any rules or just to keep a general eye out. (There must be cameras in there or something?) Not sure what the age cut off is but when we left there was definitely some older kids that maybe should have been turned away, (like 14 year olds) and it made it kinda hard for us to enjoy because they were doing some unsafe activities. Anyway, we had a great time for what we wanted, we’re going back and we invited one of his little friends to join us. ☺️
EDIT: We went back the next day and it was PACKED. The room allows 150 and it felt like that many were inside. My son kept running into people who were standing around because there were no other seats available. I wonder what the age cut off is also, because we saw some questionably aged children who came with little siblings. Was ok, first experience was better.

Do not recommend for kids 3 and under. There is a designated play area for 3 and under. However no one follows those rules including parents of kids older than 3yo ignoring the sign and letting big kids run around in there making it unsafe for toddlers. The overall place is entirely too small. Very hot and stuffy with no air flow. Shoe storage space overflowing. I’d suggest they triple the size of the place, upgrade their HVAC system, and have designated staff roaming and enforcing their rules which are posted, but everyone ignores. Ages should be restricted to children 7 and under with an enforced, designated space for toddlers for safety. Most parents just drop their kids off and let them run wild while they are either working on their laptop or scrolling on their phone. Kids running wild in and out of the bathroom, treating it as a play place and playing in the sinks. Very disappointing experience.

Great place for little ones, very clean, a little small. There's a spot designated for little little ones. You need to call before going in to make sure there is no parties going on. I went without calling first with my two year old and as soon as we got inside they told us they were closing down for a private party and my daughter was heart broken. Besides that we enjoy the peek-a-boo factory.

The party was well organized and was a good space for a small group private party. The guests really liked the pizza too. Overall it was well organized and would definitely recomend.

Good place to take the little ones for a few hours. Not the cleanest if you start looking around and the different dust in corners as well as hair getting stuck everywhere. I have a 4 star instead of 5 only because the cleanliness, but overall a good spot. On weekends you should call before going because after 12 they usually have a party where it's closed to the public. We ended up having to drive 25 minutes or so back home because there is no notification that they are usually closed after 12 on weekends for to private parties

What a fun little spot for the little ones! This isn't too far from us so we made our way over on a Wednesday morning. We've been here before for a birthday party but my son was much younger and not mobile. Now, my almost 17 month old had the best time!I love the 0-3 area for the little ones. It's nice to have a designated spot for the younger kids. My son had the best time in the soft play section, going up and down the slide, and playing with the interactive toys and games. This is the perfect spot for an indoor play place. You're able to book online, just remember kids must wear their grippy socks ($3 available to purchase up front). We will be returning, especially during the winter months!

Lots of hidden fees and liesGoing to another place with upfront fees is better .Paying exorbitant fee for a tiny facility is a total ripoff . Never going here ever again

We had my daughter's birthday here. The workers were really nice but honestly, for the gratuity that we paid for, it was not all worth it. All the hosts did was check us in, set up our food and table and cut the cake that wasn't even enough for everyone. I had to cut more and pass them all around myself. For what we paid for, the host should have done it all. That's my only complaint. But overall, we had a great time.

What a cute gem! I brought my kiddos here for the first time & the kids enjoyed themselves. It's clean and enough space for children to run around. They have an area specifically for 0-3 years of age. And the other part of the play area for the older kids. They have tables for parents to sit & eat if they like while the kids play. Oh & they have a climb rock for the kids ($5 unlimited w/ harvest included) ... not sure how much is it for admission (haha I just paid without realizing how much it is per kid) I did ask though if my youngest has to pay & he didn't (he's 11 mo) you do have to purchase their socks , you can't bring your own or the other sticky socks from other places. Which whatever I don't mind... I'll be coming here again. Thanks Peek a Boo Factory in Livermore.

Always seems to be a party with no walk-ins when I go on a weekend morning, so make sure to book online ahead of time. The play area has a good mix of areas but isn't extensive - my son usually runs out of steam in less than an hour.

Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and was a little worried she and her friends were too old (she picked the place!) but it was perfect! The younger gals who worked our event were really incredible and helpful. The kids had a blast and loved the play space. Kids and adults loved the food (we got pizzas and kabobs / sides for everyone so tried lots of options). They served the pizza and cut the cake among all of their other duties and I'm so grateful to them. All we had to do was show up with the extra supplies we wanted (juices, waters, etc.). Everything else was taken care of. Clean, safe, tons of parking, right off the freeway so easy location to access, and the play space itself felt very clean and safe (we had a private party and the facility to ourselves). My only warning for parents who throw birthday parties, the $$ adds up FAST! We somehow spent over $1,000 because of the added kiddos and food. Something to be aware of as a customer (aka MOM FAIL) and not a comment about the facility. Highly recommend, thank you Peel-a-Boo-Factory for a perfect afternoon!Jody

We book birthday party for my daughter. It was super hot outside so you expect them to have cool temperature inside. 1) They mentioned kids have to play in hot temp as their AC running at max. 2) We book princess to visit birthday girl, and confirm with them before birthday 5 times and my daughter was crazy about princess and wanted to surprise her, but they ruined it by not having princess come to birthday. 3) Food was good, 4) ppl there were good and helpful but overall place is not for birthday party. All guests were very uncomfortable .
