took my daughter here for my nieces birthday shes only 6 months old but she really enjoyed it she couldn't do all the activities the older girls could do but honda and sandra really made sure she wasn't left out and included her in everything they really made sure we had everything we needed i highly recommend it i will definitely take my daughter here when shes older and my sister is already planning to take my other niece again

I mostly read good reviews in yelp for this venue so I just blindly reserved a slot for my daughter's 7th birthday party. I'd say I didn't regret doing it. The area where they are is not very busy and has ample parking spaces (on a weekend). Since we arrived early, we had to wait a few minutes before we were let in, 15 minutes before the start of the party. They offered to put our cake in the fridge which I appreciated. Sandy (main host) was friendly, flexible and helpful. Going into the party room, we were greeted with a very fancy setup and all the guests were amazed with how glamorous the party area looks. There's a photobooth in one corner with a very nice backdrop. The table arrangement is very classy. There was a stage which I feel might need some aesthetic improvement but it served its purpose as platform for those who love to do karaoke and was also transformed into a fashion show runway. The little tables and chairs setup with arts and crafts to keep the girls busy also looked charming. There is a good selection of party attires (I chose the Taylor Swift theme). The party helpers (Sandy, Honda, Angie) immediately started styling the girls (hair and makeup). While other girls are waiting their turn, they are either doing crafts, taking pics at the photobooth, snacking or singing karaoke. After everyone was styled, they had a fashion show which the girls and parents really enjoyed. The girls had a blast and heard some saying it was the best party they've gone to and are already planning to have their next birthday party there. Some improvement suggestions (but this was offset with the great setup and experience so keeping my rating as 5 stars): 1. I got the videography add on but did not see much photos or videos being taken by the hosts but maybe I'm too distracted to notice plus they were also busy styling the girls. I'll see what their final edited video looks like. Maybe if this add on is selected, they should have a dedicated person for this as well as assist at the photobooth? 2. Photobooth framing is not optimized. Not sure if this could be adjusted but we also didn't ask seeing that the hosts were, like I said, busy styling the girls. 3. The girls didn't like the cider for the toast. I know the bottle is for aesthetics but if they can find a more kid friendly tasting drink, that would make the experience better

We did our daughters 5th bday party here - Princess themed party.This is a cute little place for kids to be pampered and experience a true princess experience for their special day.The owner of this place wasnt very communicative, I had to reach out to her multiple times with questions. There were no reminders sent from punchbowl a few days before the event. Like even on the day of the event, they was ZERO communication from the owner, which made us very anxious.The place is clean and the concept is great. But for 8-9 kids with only 2 people hosting us, doing hair and make up and Tattooes took for ever. There was no "activity" for the kids to do out side. Even the coronation was so half heartedly done. No real excitement. Like no music playing. The hostesses Mia and Tara were very kind and nice. They kept the kids engaged.I felt like since this is an "experience" for the kids, they could have had more things to do. Give us an agenda, we were just waiting around after the hair an make up. It was kind of boring.Would I go back here again? Maybe if they are more communicative, and be a tad bit more excited about hosting!

We had my daughters 5th birthday party here today and she loved it. We did the princess party and it was perfect for this age! The three ladies who did the girls hair and makeup were great. I had never been to a party here before but everything was taken care of by the place and just fantastic. The little details like having the girls names on the snack boxes were just extra cute. So glad I took a chance and believed the yelp reviews that said it was a fabulous time. My daughter felt like a princess and loved every second.

Wow. Just amazed at the birthday party we just had My wife was looking for a birthday location for my daughter's 7th birthday. we knew about the fashion show and the punch fountain but we were just not prepared for it. Photo Booth - fully automated with props and quick printing. Nice background Candy boxes and drink cups labeled with each guests name Snack bars Fruit punch fountain Bookmark craft (where you can put photo booth picture) Hair and makeup stations Barbie dolls and Barbie doll dress up station (part of higher level package)l Dress-up time and fashion show on a mini catwalk The sit at at a really cute table with chivari chairs. If you have had a wedding you know those are the "nice" chairs that you pay extra for! Theres a sparkling apple cider toast and cake cutting Did I mention they have karaoke? My daughter sand her heart out in the little stage. The entrance to the business is actually a small side area where you can setup adult food and there's a little classic arcade game machine. You first expect that you need to stay out there but there is a whole section with nice bench sitting for the parents. The little girl energy did hit 11 at times, at which point the outside area was very perfect to get away. I was so amazed when I walked into the main room that I made it a point to greet all of the girls and walk them in until they felt comfortable. It's ALOT to take in at first. The girls who were working the party were great as well, attentive to the attendees. We got good vibes from them. We got a lot of compliments from the parents and all of the attendees had a blast. Highly recommend, better than the videos and pics that you see on their site.

0/10 - I booked a party paid the deposit got the email confirmation a month later no one reached out with the evite or confirmation of princess. I had to reach out several times and finally got a response and the owner said this fell threw the cracks. How could this party fall through the crack when this is what you do? I then told them we are cancelling this is really unprofessional and unorganized I wasn't going to drive three hours for this especially when I am unsure if it is even happening. She should have returned my deposit for this behavior instead she has been ignoring all of my emails and calls and now has my $200 and won't give it back. SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND EMBARRASSMENT

Just returned from celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday here and had the absolute best time ever! Honestly, the host has to do nothing here, the moment you step in, everything is taken care of! We had 3 hostesses and they took care of EVERYTHING! The kids were beyond pampered and taken care of through out and everyone had such a wonderful time!! There's a space for the parents to sit, relax and watch the kids get pampered which was great! A big big shout out to Sandra, Honda and Melanie, my gorgeous 3 hostesses! They were so accommodating and so easy to communicate with, it was so stress-free! All three took care of every request I had and were very very sweet about everything! I can't recommend this place enough!!

My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday party here. She and her friends had a great time with every single activity planned for them: painting, bookmark making, nail paints, snack bar and the photobooth. It was a little magical world for them! The decor of the whole place was just amazing with so much attention to details on everything. Thank you Jill for the coordination and the planning from your end to make my daughter's birthday so special and memorable. In addition, a big shoutout to Sandra, Honda and Lindsey for managing the party so well. The party flow was so perfect! They took care of the girls so well: helping them, teaching them, and having fun with them. As a party host, I literally sat back and relaxed. They were on top of all the things! I just wanted to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience for us!

I just had my daughters 4th birthday here and was absolutely floored by the quality of this venue and overall experience. The decor was beautiful and the activities and flow of the party was perfect. The staff there was so friendly and handled everything, making it so easy. My daughter and her guests were in heaven! I highly recommend adding the princess appearance, it made the party! She sang, told stories, crowned each individual girl and even stayed for a tea party- the girls were in awe! I live in Alamo so this was a bit of a drive but it was 100% worth it. I highly recommend this place, I'm so happy with how everything turned out!

Great experience and definitely worth every dollar. This by far was the best birthday party. Pampered parties supplied everything making it stress free. Most of all my daughter had a blast with her friends. Thank you Jill and staff!
