Poor selection and sizes. There was only one pair of shoes in the entire store in 13 wide. I found what I needed elsewhere, and the price was much better. The store I went to also marked on the signs which models come in wide saving me a lot of time, which is something the New Balance store could learn from.

Good selection but I expect every product in this store to be on sale or discounted. I have been here a few times and walked out because being a factory store in a outlet mall means no msrp prices.

George Kirkland was very attentive and helpful while the store wasn’t busy.He sized my feet and even though nothing in the store was large enough to fit my feet he showed me some great options that could be ordered online to the store for me.

There was no difference in price compared to buying it on Amazon in the US, but it was nice to be able to try it on.
