Mony has been a friend of my family since before I was born. I did not choose Mony and his partner Sophie because of this acquaintance, I chose them because they are professionals in their field. They made a traditionally stressful process straightforward, with a gentle approach.
Mony is a seasoned realtor with crucial insight of the market. His experience navigating the complexities of modern day home buying shows with his quick and precise work for getting me through my first purchase. He knows all the ins and outs about the confusing paper work and made it easy as ever with his streamlined workflow of maneuvering through the sea of documents. He answered every little question I had about what I was signing with reassurance. His general knowledge of realty and the housing market is remarkable.
Sophie is an expert when it comes to the finance side of home buying/selling. She helped me run the numbers before I made my offer to see if I was realistically ready for the financial responsibility. She has the work experience and educational background to answer my never ending questions of finance, giving me confidence in her responses.
Mony and Sophie both stayed organized through out the whole process. They stay very responsive long after the sale has been made, which further instills trust in their professionalism and general care for people they do business for. The goal of hiring a Real Estate agent to sell your home is to get your home sold quickly, for the price you want, with as few headaches as possible. That’s what Mony and Sophie were able to do. I gave them the near impossible task of having my home on the market within two weeks of the date we met as I was leaving on an extended vacation. They were able to coordinate getting everything fixed, that needed to be fixed, and everything else necessary to get my home on the market before I left for vacation.
While on vacation they communicated in a professional manner as to interest in my home at the open houses. It sold on the first weekend and they were able to send me everything that was necessary to be signed by email without an interruption of my vacation. The whole transaction was easy and painless.
I highly recommend Mony and Sophie for their work ethic, professionalism and trustworthiness. Plus they are just all around good people.

Mony and Sophie were absolutely incredible in helping us sell our home! If you are feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start with selling your home (as I was), Mony and Sophie will help with all of your questions and make a very complicated process simple and straightforward. They truly take the burden off of your shoulders.
We met with the top local agents in Livermore and Mony and Sophie stood out among the rest by leaps and bounds. Mony has been in the industry (and in the community) for quite some time and his knowledge is apparent. Sophie is incredibly organized and uses professional project management software to manage their listings, which was greatly appreciated for me since I am a project manager (and very type A ?).
This was my first time selling a home and I had so many questions and didn't understand how the process worked. They were both so patient with me and have an incredibly fast response time. They were there every step of the way. They are both very personable, but very professional as well. Mony will definitely fight on your behalf and will geyou the best possible deal.
Our situation was also a bit unique and they navigated through it beautifully. Our home sold at lightning speed and for well over above asking, which is a huge accomplishment on their part with the current market. I cannot say enough kind words about them! I highly recommend Mony and Sophie! I have no regrets with choosing them as my real estate agent team and would choose them again without question. Don't hesitate, just reach out!! You know it's very rare these day to find the type of professionalism we found in working with Mony Nop on a recent transaction.I'm a 26 year loan officer, and was introduced to Mony by a mutual buyer. From the get go, I could tell Mony and his team were committed to creating a buyer experience that all buyers deserve. His communication and thoroughness were fantastic, and he was always such a pleasure to talk with and work with.There were some issues on the seller side and Mony took charge of the situation and turned what could have been a stressful situation, into a smooth and pleasant course correction. He even helped our buyer remove a bunch of leftover stuff/clutter from the house physically himself. Very few agents would have done that and it is just an example of the kind of person he is, not just the kind of agent he is.If you are a buyer or seller, working with Mony will be a choice you will not regret. Mony and his team were amazing to work with. We called Mony on Saturday to discuss selling the house, met on Sunday and determined that he was the person we wanted to work with that day.
