Selection is almost unlimited ? Service on the floor not so much ?

Went to return a picture frame in the same packaging as we purchased it in and the manager was very uncertain of what to do and very rude She's young and probably not very experienced in the retail business We will stick to using the Dublin store where the manager is very polite and customer service is so much better

I just want to say how nice and helpful Savannah was with helping frame some posters and other pictures. She really took her time and helped me choose some nice colors that look great with my photos.
