Came here too give a huge thumbs up to Ashley. She's a superstar. She was by herself on a busy weekend day and carried on with aplomb. I would like to clone her and take her to every store I ever needed to visit. Going out to retail shopping has become mostly an unpleasant experience of late with some exceptions. My shoe lasted 3 hikes, about 24 miles. I started getting a tear on top of the right shoe. It was coming apart at the seam. Very disappointing. These shoes are expensive and it’s not supposed to come apart after just a few months.

The store is clean, organized and the staff is next level!Ashley, the assistant manager, guided me with detailed information about the Moab 2.I tried on the waterproof and ventilated variety, preferring the comfort and fit of the ventilated boot. I have 13 Wide feet and have struggled to find a shoe which I can utilize for life.I love these shoes so much, I'm heading back to the store now to try on a more casual shoe!Thanks to the management team at Merrell Livermore!

The return was horrible. I had a never worn pair to return and they said it’s worn so only returned me store credits. Be aware when purchasing as they may only return you store credits for no reason.
