“I hate shopping. Especially at the outlets. Shopping in this store has changed my mind a bit about it. I went to the vans store for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing selection of shoes for Toddlers. Most stores have very little for infants/toddlers but they have a huge selection. The great customer service was unexpected since most employees at other stores seem annoyed you are there and often sigh deeply when you ask them a question or need help. Or they racially profile you and follow you around or eye you suspiciously as though you’re trying to steal. Alison was super helpful and friendly. It’s a very clean and organized store even on the weekend when it was busy. I’ll definitely be back.”

They sell a variety of items from home decor, books, clothes, accessories, jewelry and perfect items to give as a gift.I can easily say I have loved the quality of each item I've gotten. My favorite's come to clothing and jewelry with styles that never go out of season and I know will last!”

“Jack is amazing! I was in pursuit of a particular Etro bag. Once I arrived at the store, Jack showed me a selection of bags he had, thoroughly explaining features When I mentioned I had a particular look in mind, he spent hours searching for a selection of bags that met my criteria from inventory, carefully detailed sizes to make sure what I was not able to physically touch would meet my requirements. He did all of this with a smile on his face...and he found what I wanted within a couple of days. Extremely friendly, genuine person, and extremely hard-working! I cannot say enough good things about Jack! If I could give him 10 stars I would.”

“Was stoked to find Stance at the SF Premium Outlets. My favourite sock brand.They had a buy 4, get 2 free deal (mix and match) along with 50% off all apparel. Most socks were on sale for $9.98 USD to $17.98 USD. Great selection of their performance sock line. You won’t find Stance stuff cheaper.Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have a dressing room to try on clothes.- 6x Performance socks ($9.98 USD each) - these are our go to for sports. Great quality, freshtek infinit material is guaranteed for life.- Complex athletic short ($17.49 USD) - cheapest I’ve seen their athletic shorts. Comfy, nice material.”
“If you're into fashion this is a must stop. The clothes are expensive but the prices are discounted. Ted's men clothes are made in the skinny side so make sure to try everything on before buying. There was a lady's coat there that was cheaper at the Bloomingdale's. Weird. Go in take a look but as normal , buyer beware. Know your prices. Great store to grab a garment or two.”

“Really love when staff go out of their way to deliver an excellent service experience. Brought my daughter here to look at bags. We found a style we liked in one color, then the next day we decided we wanted it in another color.Called the store and spoke with Summer, who said she could hold the bag for us. She wasn't able to find the bag with just the tag name/ID, so she gave us the number to text her a photo. She then found the bag and put it on hold.First time shopping at this outlet and it was such a pleasant experience we're definitely going to return. Store is kept very neat and clean, they have some great promotions, and the service in-person was just as excellent over the phone.”

“We got quite interesting things, sheets, flowers, clothes and shoes for babies at a very good price. The self-chaser is interesting, but it is a waste of time to have to pay, do the entire process and then have another person review your bill and remove the alarms, it is working twice”

“I've been shopping at Diesel Outlet in Livermore for a few years now and they continue to deliver a top-notch experience. The sales team, led by Danny and Sarah, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable - they truly understand their customers' needs. During one visit, they went above and beyond to find the perfect jeans style and size for me. When the ones I chose didn't fit quite right, Danny and Sarah didn't hesitate to take them back and exchange for a new pair, no questions asked. I ended up purchasing a YSL large envelope bag at approximately 30% off the original price. Additionally, I saw many bags on sale at really good prices. I’m so happy with my new bag. All the staff were very nice and helpful! Cristian showed me all the desirable bags and helped me to choose. It was a great experience!P.S. The staff might be really busy there since there is always a big line, you should be a bit patient. There are so many things to observe among bags, clothes and shoes in that store!
