The sales person was friendly and helpful and the store was clean. It’s not a very large store so the mattress we bought wasn’t there to try out. But having tried it at another store before our visit, we knew what we liked and they ordered it for us with a slightly better promotion at mattress firm.

This company and its delivery and haul off is in my opinion a scandal. If your mattress is dirty they won’t take it. If the mattress I had wasn’t dirty I wouldn’t never bought another one. But after four years of spilling things on it it’s going to be dirty. It seems they want things in second hand selling condition . Wouldn’t recommend or at least have your own haul off service or means to haul off and don’t give them the extra money.in addition Michale at the Livermore store never did get back to me at the very least and could’ve refunded half of the money since it’s a set up haul away. That’s these folks for you.
