Very bad experience. They wouldn't accept the return of a defective item purchased just 7 days ago. I'm open to exchange. However, the only available piece is also defective. I called Maje customer service and they said that a defective item can be returned even if it's final sale.

It was bad customer service. A white male with his aggressive attitude walked towards entrance and presented himself very angry. Terrible.
