Store looks good from outside. Was looking for more vintage style graphic tees and I know they have a variety of styles. Walked in and saw three ladies at the main cash point. None of them greeted me or offered any help, explain promos or what what I was looking for. They saw me they just didn't care. One women even walked past me to place stacks of T-shirts in the wall and ignored that we were 2 feet from each other. I literally just walked out now.

Cute clothes. Rude manager, should maybe concider a job outside of customer service if she's not a friendly person. Excellent customer service from everyone but the manager.

I would not go to this store for a online return as they “cannot receive online returns”. Sales associate with much makeup was a little bit dishonest. I usually shop at the Napa outlets, but was closer to this location for a holiday trip. I had an online return and the sales associate said they do not take online returns, I get it. I have worked retail before and online returns would lower our sale number, but no need for the dishonesty. I called customer service after, to request a return shipping label and I asked if outlet lucky brand is okay to return and the representative on the phone said they should have received my return. I even called the outlets store in Napa and they said they should have taken my return.

Great discounts at the outlet! Much better than paying full price at the full retail store. Bought 4 shirts and 1 short for $140. Can't beat that!

Certainly not to be missed when at the Livermore Outlets. Always a great selection available at such exceptional prices. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Caitlyn, who normally tends to us, is an absolute gem!

This store always have people willing to help and take their time with a customer to find the perfect pair of jeans! One of the managers named Caitlyn (I believe that was her name) is such a doll. I appreciate her asking a variety of questions to help me and my husband find the perfect fit. She even recommended me clothes that I tried and I bought immediately because they were a perfect fit! Anyways, she is always there to help you make sure you go home with a pair to last you for years! I hope to see more of Cait and the store often! Thanks again!

Lucky store was not so lucky for me. I was looking for some elegant jeans jacket , so I have not bought anything there.
