Purchasing a custom entry door with a sidelight at Lowe's in Livermore initially seemed promising, as I paid in full for both the door and installation. However, the experience quickly turned frustrating due to significant delays. Despite being promised a three-month delivery and installation timeline, Lowe's failed to order the door from the manufacturer, extending the wait to six months. Throughout this period, despite my repeated attempts to contact them for updates, I received no proactive communication about the delays. Just before the scheduled installation, Lowe's informed me that they had also forgotten to include a side door handle and smart lock in the order, further complicating matters. This oversight led to additional delays as they took the door back for later installation and asked me to retrieve the missing parts from another distant Lowes store. This entire experience highlighted a serious lack of coordination and customer care, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with Lowe's service. Despite escalating the issues to the store manager, I remain completely disappointed with Lowe's handling of the situation. Consequently, due to these significant issues, I have decided not to proceed with ordering the entire house floor installation through Lowe's. Despite their initial full measurement and engagement, the trust and confidence I require in a company for such a substantial project have been undermined. The prolonged delays, lack of communication, and errors in handling my previous order have left me with serious reservations about Lowe's ability to manage a floor installation to my satisfaction. Therefore, I have chosen to explore alternative options for my flooring needs.

Horrible experience!!! Placed ADDITIONAL home delivery order - because one item only was available in Livermore store (I had to pay 2 delivery fees too!) - and I had 2 orders same day. They CANCELLED my order and rescheduled my delivery in 10(!!!) more days - without even taking to me... Was on the phone to get to them for over 2(!!!!) hours today - no way to leave message, nobody EVER responded, no one to answer. !! absolutely unacceptable!!!. "Take it or leave" attitude - I am extremely dissatisfied.

I bought some vertical blinds here for a wall of windows in my living room. Caress, in Home Decor, assisted me and did a wonderful job in helping me complete this order. The, very next day, I discovered I had made an error in the measurement, and she had no problem cancelling the entire order and rewriting it for me. She is wonderful to work with and knowledgeable about their products.

Listen, if you haven't been to a Lowe's, you really should check one out. I recently shopped at the Dublin,Ca and the Livermore, Ca stores and was more than impressed. First of all was how clean and uncluttered it was. Best of all was the friendly and extra helpful the associates are. Seriously, I go to the other big box store because it's closer to home but it's very dirty, super cluttered like they don't have enough shelf space so they fill the isles with so much stuff you can't push a cart past. And their associates are hiding or too busy talking with each other to be helpful. I'm going to drive a little further to get to a Lowe's near me, but it'll be worth it.

We had a great experience at Low's with Mr. Gumaro. We were looking for a drill, he took his time and helped us find the one with the right diameter and power that works for our purpose. Thank you Mr. Gumaro, we really appreciate all your help and effort!

Employee Miriam in the appliance department is the best ! She was honest straight forward and was quick and efficient!! Did not make me feel like she was a sales person she really made me feel like I can Value her opinion on things

This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. Nothing is ever working at the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Their standards are non existent.

Good place to shop the staff are very nice and polite. The paint department is pretty is good a variety of paints colors ,and they can match a color if you have a paint sample which is called a chip. I like this place it's nice to go to a business that is efficient and puts the customers first.
