Worse customer service, this place had a sink but they have no soap as tester only lotion, when asked if there was the soap tester they actually said they purposely removed it to not have people wash their hands. And they insinuated that the customers would come in just to wash hands and say they’re not a bathroom. Rude lady making customers feel uncomfortable. Ridiculous behavior to tell the customer that they need to go to the restroom around the corner when the ocustomer wants to buy soap at their store..

I had a pleasant experience with the friendly and helpful staff when purchasing items; However, I was not informed that all items marked with 'Outlet Price' are FINAL SALE because "Outlet Price" items are not "Full Price" items. I only discovered this policy when I attempted to return them 2days after the purchase with items brand new and unopened. This lack of communication is misleading and disappointing. Clear communication of refund policies at the time of purchase is crucial for customer satisfaction

I'm no stranger to this brand and consider myself a "veteran" of using L'Occitane products. Today my daughter and I went in prepared to get a few items that we had in mind. While trying to decide which fragrance of certain products, we tested each (sample) fragrance (using the provided paper strips). As we were deciding, since we were still debating, the sales lady came over, said "Can I help you?" with a funny facial expression looking like why we stood there for "too long" and about to steal something. I explained that we were trying to "smell" each different kind (using the paper strips). She then said "That is body oil", as if we didn't read. (Yes we both read French). When paying, she asked whether I was a member. I said yes but I forgot which phone number I gave long time ago. She continued to say "Phone number?" with no facial expression. I said again that I don't remember but she could try (a number I gave her), which I actually think it was the correct one. She entered it, didn't say anything, didn't look at me, didn't say if it was the correct one. So I said, maybe try this (other) number. She still didn't look at me, just stared at her monitor, frowning. So I said "never mind, it's ok." And proceeded to pay. Throughout this whole encounter, no smile, no "thank you" when we were leaving. As if our presence inconvenienced her. By the way, according to my receipt, her name is Michelle and she's Asian. Avoid her if you have to come here. Shame on her for spoiling my visit to my favorite brand store. The full price store in the Stoneridge Mall has much better customer service, and I actually didn't find this outlet store to be too much (if any) cheaper.

I love coming to the outlet store to see what kinds of promos they are running. Since it's an outlet store, sometimes they will carry products that are discontinued - if you love a scent that will be discontinuing soon, it's a good place to stock up at the outlet since it gets a decent price cut (40% off sometimes or even more). The staff is friendly (most of them) but they chit chat quite a bit so sometimes it's necessary to interrupt their conversation to get help. Not bad for those who don't like to be bothered by sales associates lol. Funny story - one time the employee that rang me up had their own employee discount code applied to my entire order. I ended getting 40% off everything. What a lucky day it was!

I was at this store on Saturday May 22nd in the afternoon. While I was there, I noticed the Chinese sale associates (2 ladies) only gave service to Chinese customers. What a shame!! This is in US where all kinds of people go there and shop. They're so ignorant. No wonder the store looked empty because service sucked. BEWARE non- Chinese customers! If you don't get service from those Chinese ladies don't be surprised !!! But the cashier lady (Spanish) was nice though.
