I ordered for Mothers Day from Texas! My Mom loved the floral arrangement - I did florists choice option! She posted the pics to facebook and it was very beautiful arrangement, so everyone was happy and I thought it was great value.

Called in an order with a list of cat friendly flowers for a family member. Livermore Valley Florist couldn’t have been nicer and they made it happen! Flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged even though the flower list was probably a challenge. The bouquet was gorgeous and we definitely got our moneys worth. Would happily work with them again!

This is the flower arrangement I received from Livermore Valley Florist on 224 S J Street. I was expecting so much more from a florist who has been in the business for over 20 years. This $102.00 arrangement had three roses and some old carnations with a few wild flowers and the rest was filled with a bunch of leaves! No baby breath, no nothings!! Should have gone to Safeway or Costco!
What a shame!

Paid $102.00 for a flower arrangement with three red fully bloomed roses, some dark red carnations, a few dark red wild flowers and a bunch of green leaves. what a huge disappointment and a total rip off. Safeway and Costco have better flowers! You can't throw together what flowers you have left and put a $102.00 price tag on them. Shameful!!

Oh I forgot to make a review here, over a year ago, I'll called an order on for a friends birthday. She was in the hospital, so another friend and I went in on this, thought we would cheer her up . And they were so nice and went out of their way to make the order exactly what we wanted.

I want to start by saying that my husband has ordered multiple bouquets from here over the last year or so and they've all been beautiful. That being said, yesterday absolutely ruined my opinion of this business and we will be buying our flowers somewhere else going forward. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day, as he does every year; he lives a few hours away right now for his work, so he really wanted to make it up to me by buying a $200 huge bouquet of roses to be delivered to my work. The flowers never showed up. I waited until 3:50, called, and someone picked up after the 7th call (their voicemail box is full). A man answered, told me that my order number wasn't theirs, and I told him I had an email from them with it. He said he'd look up my order and then call me back. Spoiler alert: he never called me back. At 4:40, I began trying to call again because they close at 5. No one answered or called me back at any point. I got off work at 3 and waited around at work until 5, just in case. They called today to offer a larger bouquet to make up for it, and we requested a refund. It was really upsetting. My husband has always sent flowers to me at work for Valentine's Day, birthdays, and major events. It was embarrassing for people to ask me where my flowers were, especially because he DID buy me flowers. At the very least, someone should have called him to let us know they wouldn't be delivered so he could send something else. He felt really guilty that I didn't get flowers and I was disappointed.

Ordered the "Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with Red Roses-Deluxe" as pictured for local delivery for my wife. She received something totally different. I tried calling them and mailbox is full so couldn't leave a message and also emailed them with no response. There were no roses as you can see in the photo. Photos in the post is the actual beautiful bouquet and the other picture is i don't know what you want to call it. Very disappointed and most likely wont be using them in the future. My cost was $113 for garbage **************Update****************** Called flower shop this morning and they fixed our order by sending my wife the correct bouquet. I changed my star rating from a 1 to a 4/5 only because i wish they would've gotten it right the first time Thanks LVF

I ordered a Sympathy bouquet for my sister and brother-in-law-in-law and it was absolutely beautiful, well worth the money. It was ordered at 11:00am and delivered by 4:00pm. Great job! Thanks, Donna

Didn't ask my budget or about a vase like they had before and gave me "yellow" roses because they gave me "orange" before which I liked and I don't know about flowers, yellow and red is not orange to me, an orange rose is orange. And the fact that the bouquet was 45$!!! vs the very reasonable 25$ tropical bouquet I've gotten before. Absolutely pathetic and ruined my whole plan and day. A gift is something you put thought into, I don't appreciate being thrown a product without any real consultation.

I ordered a spray for funeral services last week. The flowers were gorgeous! They arrived on time, as promised, so we were able to get them positioned before the mass. The staff at the store were delightful to speak with and very helpful. The woman who completed the delivery was also very kind, and was so gracious when she had to endure two church employees arguing over where the flowers belonged on the alter (LOL). Thank you Livermore Valley Florist!
