Super unhappy with the pricing! Recommending a $1800 30k miles service on my 2021 Crosstrek with about 26k miles on it.
Next time, I will buy the parts and take it to the local mechanic, since my car is past the 36-month warranty.
Owner/Manager — if you want to do right by me, you will contact me for a better pricing on the 30k service.

I came in for a service on 09/04/2024 and was assigned to the service advisor Noah. He was a bit pushy about his recommendation for the 30k mile service which I felt was pricey at $1800. When I asked him to explain what all it entailed and if I can skip/omit any of them he kept reiterating that he recommends getting it done. I decided against it and asked him to perform only the regular oil and cabin air filter change.
I was unhappy about the pricing and left a review on Google Maps as I was waiting for my car to finish service.
When my car was done, Noah threw a big tantrum and stated that my review was misleading. Yes, he did present the $600 service as an option, but he only insisted upon the $1800 service repeatedly. He was very passive-aggressive and told me that I didn't need to pay for the regular service today and slammed the service report in front of me. He was upset because of the review and kept mentioning that it wasn't the service performed. Yes, Noah, the review was solely about the pricing for the 30k service.
I didn't want to debate with him out in the open and asked to see his manager.
The service manager, Jaime, was level-headed and assured me that the pricing does have an overhead owing to them being a dealership. After a quick chat with him, we corrected the odometer reading that Noah had incorrectly entered, and I was on my way.
Overall, I was shaken up by the experience and had to talk to a manager for the first time in my life. I hope Noah learns from this and can carry on with his duties with a bit more respect for his customers.

On February 2024, Danyel Rashidi assisted my mom in the purchase of her 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. We were very pleased so I returned on May 2024 to trade in my 2020 Subaru Outback limited for a 2024 Outback wilderness. Thank you Danyel.

I came in for an oil change and after they recommended about $4000 worth of other services. I declined and I'd say only about $500 of which were needed (brake pads) and that I serviced elsewhere after getting a second look at my car. Quoted $130 for windshield wipers which I have now replaced for $35 dollars myself. Overall, the people are nice and oil change was fine but a little pricy. However, get a second opinion before approving recommended services.

Bought my daughter's Legacy with Daniel and he was great. He was kind and helpful and made sure I stayed within my price budget. Not even 1000 miles later, an issue with the exhaust pipe was diagnosed and even though there was no warranty left, Jaime and Noah went to bat for me and made sure the repair was taken care of b/c it was a costly repair. I was so happy and thankful b/c this dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and I will make sure my next Subaru will be purchased with them. Thank you!!!!!!

The worst people I have ever dealt with! They are dishonest scam artists! Don't bother looking at their cars online they sell them before you get there even when you make an appointment to come buy the car. Subaru salesmen are only out to sell cars not actually care about anyone, if they don't sell a certain amount cars they get minimum wage these guys are so greedy. They say one thing on the phone and email and then then they change it for their convenience. There is so many other dealerships to anywhere but here.

Came in with my girlfriend looking to lease a Subaru, but were unsure of what model we were looking for. Wesley V was very informative and patient while he showed us the different models. I bought a used Nissan here (was a trade-in). It was cheap, so I didn't expect very much, but less than two months later the transmission was broken and I had to get another car. Their new cars may be great, but don't by used here.

I had a good experience buying my WRX from Livermore Subaru. Rebecca was helpful throughout the process from the time I went for a test drive to closing the deal. She was very transparent during the deal and pointed me the extra costs that other dealer was hiding. She followed with me few times after closing the deal to make sure I was doing well with my new car.

I went for a 55k service for my 2018 outback @Livermore Subaru. Everything went and I was given courtesy rental car as they have keep my vehicle for more than a day to complete all the inspections and work done.
All in all a good experiance.

I just purchased a Crosstrek from Livermore Subaru. Chris was my sales guy and HE WAS AWESOME!! (So was another gentleman there but I don't get his name) Chris and the team went out of their way to accommodate my needs, worked with me on pricing and took the time to educate me on the vehicle. After I left I was out of the area and had questions...REBBECA got a service advisor (even tho the service area was closed) and answered all my questions. She then went out of her way to set me up on STARLINK. This was by far- the best buying experience ever. THANK YOU!!!
