This review is way overdue! Every time I started it, I ended up crying... tears of joy and gratefulness to know that the staff love my kids just as much as I do. My 2 kids started here with my youngest at 4 months and fast forward to now she's 2 yrs old. They started during covid and with the old director which was ok. The new director Ms. Jamie and her team are AMAZING! Ms. Cathy, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Dianna, Ms. Tori, Ms. Lisa & Ms. Jill are awesome just to name a few. Oh and I can't forget Mr. Fidel also. My daughter loves him. If I ever have questions or concerns they always get back fo me right away. I love getting updates & pictures through the app. My son is leaving after summer to go to Kindergarten. He has learned so much here. They've both have learned alot.

Since my baby girls first day has been nothing but loving and welcoming! This is our second daycare attempt.. should I say preschool because they have a wonderful structured, curricular but fun schedule. We hear about all the great stories, activities, and fun everyday. We get all the updates through out the day and pictures:) and My daughter loves getting up in the morning to go..it makes my days so much better! We already love Ms.Lisa and the rest of the staff! Not to mention how organized and clean they are! So I observe Everything! Because now a days you have to right!?! …But they make a great team and I love how I see them working together with the kids! Definitely happy with this decision because who is ever really ready for this big step!

We always respect child care services and their employees but this place doesn't deserve an iota of it. They took an admission for a one year old , parents started to work and 3 weeks later they said since the kid doesn't sleep/eat they can't take care of her anymore. My kid at age 18 months took 6 weeks to adjust to a new place. What were they even expecting. If you cannot take care of a 12 month old baby why do you even admit kids that age? The flip side is if the care given to a 1 year old is so bad I cannot imagine the care for elder kids. Shame you Diane Palacios and team.

My child was in Itsy Bitsy treehouse daycare (also in livermore) prior to this and it was a nightmare!!! The owner Andriana is unprofessional & should not be in the daycare business. It was a terrible experience!Fast forward to our time at Kindercare and my child has never been happier! What a big difference it makes when you have quality care from teachers that know what they're doing! It's only been a few months but we can already see the difference in our child.

Moms be aware they are going to put your baby cry until he/she get used to new environment and they will try to convince you this is normal. I put my son to a new daycare and it's not even comparable to what I have seen in few days of trying Livermore Kindercare. Of course, it is a hard time for both parents and babies to be separated when you try a daycare for the first time but this doesn't mean baby needs to cry hopelessly to adjust to the new environment!

My son currently goes here and I am very satisfied. They have this really cool interactive app that gives you updates throughout the day. He loves it here and has made many friends!! The teachers really do their best to make sure parents and staff are on the same page with the development of the child. It makes me feel safe to send my child here because of all the precautions they take for Covid. My son started going to the center December of 2020 and has learned so much!
