Went in for a recall notice. I had to make another appt. since the parts were not there. 4 days later it took 4 hours to finish while I waited for "a couple of hours". They replaced the wiper assembly, but transferred the broken unusable blades back on. Didn't even ask me if I needed to replace them. When confronted, the associate said that that was not their policy?? He asked if I had time for him to wash the truck I said yes. half hour later he said my vehicle was done. Imagine my surprise when the truck was still dirty. I have purchased two new vehicles and services 4 cars there. I know the recalls were not making them any money but I don't really feel like a "valued Customer". I may need to travel upm to Walnut Creek.

The representative (Derick) was very helpful accommodating and friendly. Great job serving our Maserati. Reason for 4 stars is we drove 2.5 hours to service our car and had to wait 4.5 hours without being able to get a loaner to even go get lunch. Very exhausting day!

They did a decent job of fixing the issue. It took a long time and until it is complete, we will stick to three stars. I'll upgrade to four if my credit comes in 30-60 days.

I had an excellent experience with the service department. I was having a Lincoln MKC that I planned on buying from another dealer looked at to make sure everything was good. Andre made sure the vehicle was in good shape before I finalized the purchase. It just needed an alignment so he took care of that for me and dealt with the dealership on my behalf. What a seamless and smooth process. I had a great experience. Thanks Andre and the Livermore Lincoln Service Team!

Despite having called to make an appointment, when I showed up for my warranty service I wasn’t in the system. Matt Diaz was the service advisor and he worked with the mechanics to fit me into a spot that morning, and get me out of there by the time I needed (and was told over the phone). I appreciated his help and making it work for me.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00am. They then told us to expect it ready by 11:30am. The car wasn't ready until after 2:00pm that day. I called several times to check on the status and was assured the service manager would call back, but they never did.I was also told that the appointment does not guarantee a timeslot, so then there is no point in making an appointment here. You're better off going anywhere else for your service needs.

Brought my car in three times for a recall on my 2016 Fusion. Each time they did not have the part. TJ the Service manager just gave me excuses. I ordered the part from the Parts Manager so I would know they would have the part before leaving my house. They also only shuttle you back to Dublin not San Ramon were I live. Walnut Creek Ford will be my better option. Tod in service got my car taken care of within 3 hours when I was told it would take all day. The lug nuts that I was told was needed was not in stock.

Dianna In service was kind, and patient as she assisted me in getting information about a vehicle my company has there. It seems this attitude is part of the whole service group. Today is my last time getting service at this dealership. I typically came here because they seemed a little more truck friendly. Today they told me they can't rotate my tires because their lifts only support 9000 pounds. (I have a tremor F250 diesel, weight: 7300lbs stock. I have a 300 pound topper and empty 200 pound deck system. Total weight, add for random stuff: 8000lb. So, 1000 pounds under the weight limit. The service dept stated "the tremor f250 diesel stock weight is 11,000 pounds". Lol! Maybe they think gvwr = weight of truck? They state they only have one lift for higher weights, but it doesn't work. A lift i shouldn't even need. Also odd, they've serviced my truck several times before. Weighed the same then as now. Anyhow, it sounds like they don't really understand trucks. Update: came back in 2023 to sell them said truck.. a week later, they still haven't given me a check. Just excuse after excuse.

I had an appointment in quick service oil change. The service was A-1. Service manager Eric was super amazing. He was very nice , knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle service took me to the mall and picked me once my car was ready. Not only did my car get the 25,000 service but also a detailed car wash/wax and vacuum. 10/10

I want to thank Rafi and Faisal for completing the purchase of a special order Bronco that my wife ordered. Once the Bronco arrived, Rafi contacted us and made the experience pleasurable and smooth to complete. He also spent the time to go over all the details of the Bronco. Faisal was very knowledgeable while we completed the final purchase and financing. We purchased a 2017 Ford F350 on August 7, 2023 and unfortunately after traveling from Folsom CA to Livermore CA we did not have adequate time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly (our fault). More importantly the dealer did not advise us the vehicle only had one key until we were leaving, the dealer did not disclose the outrageous gashes/scratches on the roof of the vehicle that they ABSOLUTELY knew of and today is September 18th and they still have not paid off our trade-in vehicle, which they are REQUIRED by LAW to do in 10 days. We have called countless times and can not even get the courtesy of a phone call. I will be turning to CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs!We have purchased many many cars and NEVER have we had a bad experience let alone a HORRIBLE one. If you are considering this dealership, my advise is to RUN AND RUN FAST, you would be better off walking than driving one of their vehicles.

Took my truck in for routine service on June 3rd. They said a part needed to be replaced under warranty. They needed to order the part and would reach out to me. Come July, no contact, so I reach out. Service finds my vehicle in their records, says the advisor no longer works there, the parts order was never placed, and they will push it through immediately. Ok, mistakes happen, not a massive issue at this point.I wait another month and call in August. Service tells me it’s a parts issue. I call parts, they tell me no one from service told them about my vehicle needs and they have no record of it. I contact service, they promise me they’ll order it and someone will contact me for install.It’s now September 12th and I still have no answer or timetable for the part they recommended I replace. I’ve called them another 11 times with the above excuses playing on repeat. Someone dropped the ball, it wasn’t ordered, someone will get back to me, etc.The customer service is so bad, I’m now documenting every call I make as I cannot believe how poor the experience has been.

Leaving this bad review here and on other outlets in the hope it gets the right level of attention from the service department. Two months after taking my car in to fix a infotainment issue, service and two recalls. First time I brought the car in and leaving it more than a week they only did one recall and the maintenance quoting parts didn't arrive. Since we needed the car we agreed taking it back at later date. I do so and after keeping the car for another full week they are able to complete the recall and change the infotainment, albeit forgetting to install some parts. Unfortunately the infotainment still doesn't work and despite multiple messages exchanges with Matt and calls I don't have a path forward. Hence resorting to public reviews to share my experience and in the hope the general manager actually does his job and ensures Does customers get the service they deserve.

I don't recommend this dealership! They don't listen! Everything coming from their mouth is to fatten their own pockets! I was asked the same question over 5 times because my answer wasn't helping their commission. After an hour of them, probably not even contacting the banks because the numbers were in their favor. They gave me the old bait and switch, bringing out a car twice the value of what I even came in to pick up. Completely disregarding my OFFER ALREADY sent by TrueCar! A complete waste of time. Lied over the phone to get me in. Wasted my time trying to put an extra dollar in their own pockets! Save yourself the headaches, Avoid this place at all cost!
