Yama from Livermore Honda was very helpful and courteous. We went to Livermore Honda look for a Lexus but my wife wanted a moonroof unfortunately that vehicle didn't have one. Yama told us that the entire auto mall owned by their group and he walked us to other dealerships he showed us other vehicles. from now on I would differently come here if I needed a vehicle. Large selection of vehicles and helpful employees. Thanks

I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from these lying, incompetent idiots.I purchased the vehicle on January 2, and arranged for it would be delivered the next day. After explaining to Louie, the salesman, that I had several appointments the following afternoon, he promised the vehicle would arrive "first thing in the morning". The next morning I called Louie and he gave me the "Oh well" attitude and only after several more calls and texts was it finally delivered at 4:15 P.M. costing me an entire days work.After two months and still not receiving the license plates or registration I called Louie again and got the "Oh well" attitude. Once the temporary plates expired, I called Louie again, he told me I had to call Wali Razaqi, the sales manager. Wali gave me only excuses and no answers. It took these idiots nearly 5 Months just to file the registration with the DMV. It took them 140 days from the date of purchase, WTFI expected much better from such a high-end dealership. Instead, they were like a shady used car dealership. Save yourself the time and frustration and find a different place to purchase a car.

On the way home from LA saw a sweet deal on a SUV and decided to call Bruce about a test drive. ABSOLUTELY!!! Was theresponse I had, well prepared when I arrived arrived and was immediately greeted by Louie, very down to earth made me and my family feel at ease and fought for a great deal for me, from Wali in the finance dept. helping get out ASAP so I could get home to my family really appreciated it even though they stayed and accommodated me well after their closing hours, Great customer service. And look forward to seeing them again in a few months for my son's car, thanks again and keep that service going it REALLY matters!!!

Purchased a new F-Type. The entire experience was great. Lauren in Sales took care of us. She was very attentive and applied no pressure whatsoever. She herself removed my vanity plates and transferred all my items in my trade. I highly recommend her and the entire team here!!!

If having your vehicle serviced here - Joel on the service desk always gives first class service. Brought my Jaguar in here to fix a door latch issue which was setting the alarm off constantly. He got me on the service roster and took care of this warranty item from start to finish. The Service Department here at this dealership is very busy , so if bringing your vehicle in , make sure you get it on their service roster first , otherwise you maybe waiting for sometime for your car to be returned. Outwith that - Sales here are no pressure and the reception area is first class.

Car shopping can be a stressful, daunting and terrifying experience but the team at Jaguar Land Rover Livermore helped change this entire perspective for me. Our Corolla was on her final legs after an amazing 14 year run and we weren't quite sure what our options were going to be as we entered the market. We knew we wanted a family car and we're looking at SUV options. Our parents being familiar with the Jaguar brand, had referred us to the team at JLR Livermore just to look and see. I wasn't expecting much since it felt like a stretch to jump straight to shopping for a luxury car. When I had arrived, I was greeted by many people, but didn't once feel forced into conversation which was a huge relief. Some places tend to bombard you and jump down your throat, but I did not once feel that kind of pressure when I walked into the dealership. Lauren ended up being my sales person and it was the beginning of an adventure for the next 48 hours lol. She listened to my needs and understood the assignment. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of each vehicle I was looking at. She was accommodating for any of the models I was looking to test drive. After taking a ride in a couple of the F Paces - I felt close to landing on one, and then the fun part began. Paperwork and financing is tedious but wow, did I have the most amazing team to work with! The process was painless and successful thanks to the support of a village. A genuine thank you to Lauren, Cassie, Wali and Frank for such a smooth and pleasant buying experience. We're officially owners of a gorgeous 2019 Jag F Pace!

Well... lots of changes to this place and new owners/management. Unfortunately we had a new guy... poor guy first night by himself. Things weren't working... getting keys out for test drives etc. He was nice otherwise. Will be interesting to see how this place operates under new owners. Hopefully they go back to basics and great customer service... time will tell and fingers crossed!

Had my eTron purchased here , so this is my 2nd service but nobody guides where to stand for service, Nobody greets, service reps while helping others intentionally ignore or avoid to eye contact you, no receptionist..., once I got my turn start talking to service reps things feels bit better..You have to ask for the ride, in-spite of clearly asked for windshield replacement, other repairs while booking appointment many weeks in advance so they know it's a multi day job yet for a loaner i begged still didn't get one...A rental car can be on our own but that still needed someone to pick-up drop-off to rental place, and also audi service locations all that double logistics there.., super inconvenience! IMHO for a brand new luxury car we invest in the expectation of a reasonable support, maintenance services.>>Today I received a response from service manager and willing to correct it next time., changed 2 to 4 stars just by assurance of improvisations and kind enough to listening to the feedback

Just bought a Jaguar from this dealership and Louie and Cassie were instrumental in the process. Super easy smooth purchase. They helped from the inquiry to the financing and even helped us to lower the rate. The price of the car was fantastic. I don't think I have had a better experience at a dealership than the one I have had here at Jaguar Livermore.
