Came in for a battery for my S4 and their price was comparable to the best battery advanced auto offered. In addition the service was great the gentleman who spoke to me on the phone asked me if I was coming in for the battery and said he had set it aside for me so it was ready to go. A much better experience than I had with the parts department at the Steven's Creek Dealership. They also warranty the battery for 4 years versus the standard 3 which made it a no brainer.

Johnny Cheng is the man! I've always been very impressed with Johnny's customer service at Livermore Audi. He always greets you with a smile, provides you with updates and does whatever he can to get you back on the road. For that, I say thank you and keep up the great work! Audi Service has always been easy to deal with, accommodating, and efficient. They have come up with good solutions if I couldn't pick up on time and their texting feature is easy to use. Pricing is that of an Audi being repaired. Can't knock it since it's the going rate for items to be done. It would be nice if they could do car washes on weekends but I understand staffing issues etc.

Chris emailed me the day after I posted my last review apologizing for not having the car that was advertised and availability confirmed. However, he did not apologize for his atrociously smug behavior and primitive hostility. He then continued his rant on trying to sell me a discounted new car and presenting it as if it's an amazing deal. The deal he offered is available to all customers looking for an e-tron GT except for a meaningless minuscule discount off the top. He then had the audacity to offer me another used GT that had more mileage, had recorded damage on Carfax, at a substantially higher price! After I kept saying no after no, Chris finally called it quits and claimed that he tried his best to smooth things over, not sure if it was sarcastic.

Aweful experience! Trying to see the new Q8 etron and made an appointment with Jose.He showed up 10mins late, no introduction to the vehicle, no introduction on how different buttons work. Only pull out the vehicle, sit at back and ask me turn AC to max.After test drive, I would like to know more aboit package details, leasing terms and details and downpayment etc. But his first question to me is, " Are you goingto buy the car today?" I said "Not yet, I still have some questions and maybe you can help with them".After heard I'm not buying it today, he left and have another guy came and told us they are super busy, and if I don't plan to buy it today, they will serve other customers instead. And I can go to Audi website for my questions.I was absolutely shocked, this is not a cheap car, is there anything I did wrong to know more about thr item before purchase?If I know everything before coming to dealership,what's the point of your job? There is no customer service AT ALL! This is buying a car, you should be patient and be prepared to answer any questions customer might have. not buying a fast food, just pay and left!!!

What a horrible experience here. Came here after work to get an oil change and the gentleman next to me, gets offer a ride to "anywhere" while his car is being worked on. I finished talking to the service gal, not once did she offer me a ride and then I asked, she said they can't offer me a ride while they work on my car. I'm over here slightly confused. Fair treatment? It is what it is.

Been a customer for ~ 5 years. Hits and misses but yesterday's miss one of those, "what the heck?" moment. i.e. the sales advisor calls you and tell you what the service charge is and when you get there, its 2X what was quoted. Of course, the nice cashier person couldn't answer. This is my 2nd significant "miss" with them. I couldn't recommend them to a friend in good conscious.

Audi of Livermore strives to develop relationships with customers. I first started using their service department for my Q5. We live in Discovery Bay and the picked up and dropped off my car! Then, last year I looked at the new Q4. I placed an order with a non-refundable deposit and waited. Finally, a few weeks ago I was connected to Nick Y who specializes in the eTron products. He has been very responsive as I either call or show with a list of questions. He will do a face time or a Zoom call if you need even more help understanding your vehicle. The service department is amazing and knowledgeable too. I got my Q4 2 weeks ago as the sales manager found a car which matched my requirements at another dealer. They had it driven down and now it is in my garage. Nick sent me several links for rebates and videos. In summary, a very good experience.

This dealership represents Audi SO WELL. Despite the challenges of loaner and talent shortages, the customer experience is always top notch. They remember me by name as I walk in. The service in receiving me is what you would expect from a top brand too - ZERO waiting, friendly greetings, timely updates, and best of all, pricing and estimates on work and completion are as accurate as can be. The initial purchase is a commitment to be brand but it is experience like the service provided here that creates brand loyalty. GREAT JOB!! UPDATE. Johnny was able to reach out and was apologetic regarding my experience which I appreciate. He was able to get to the root and gave me his personal line for when I need to come back for services and take care of me which is a nice touch. I don't need it but it's still nice to know that he would do anything to make it right. Thank you Johnny!

Audi service is A1. Best of the best in customer service and service in general. If you're fortunate to be greeted by Josh - you're in better hands than all state. This guy went above and beyond to look into my account and make sure I was quickly taken care of. Very friendly, personable, and well mannered. This is my go to audi delership for service and sales.
