Worse experience while returning a jeans that I bought by mistake. Went to exchange for zipper jeans since I bought a button up jeans by mistake. The policy seems to suggest if you remove the tags they cannot exchange!!! Worse customer experience!!!

This review is for Emily, one of the store's employees. On 12/8 I visited the store and Emily was the employee who offered to help. I was about to leave after spending one hour figuring out what style and size fit me, and then Emily showed up and addressed all my needs in one minute. She went above and beyond to help me and I am very happy with the experience. I will definitely go back

One of the best experiences in any retail store. I believe her name was Alyssa can't 100% remember but she helped me with everything. I suffer from really bad social anxiety so I was already anxious about going into the store alone, when I went up to the register I had to do exchanges for 5 pairs of jeans she went above and beyond to help me find the exact sizes and styles I needed. Instead of being annoyed to even have to do exchanges she offered to help me find what I need. This is the type of employee everyone should be. After her helping me get everything settled and together it was a simple process. Thank you so much for showing me a great experience!

We arrived at the store at 6:20 p.m., the store announced that it would close at 7 p.m. We checked out at 6:57 p.m. I would like to report to management the behavior of the cashier wearing a “Nirvana” t-shirt who must certainly have been in a hurry to go home, (perhaps she will recognize herself) for her rudeness as I have rarely had to do . I said hello to her twice and received a response from her, once I paid she ordered me to leave the store in a tone... a shame such behavior towards these customers...
I would also like to note that the -40% promotion on jeans was very interesting.
