I have very mixed feelings about Legacy Appliances. We came in last month wanting to order a double-wall oven and we wanted it quickly (before Thanksgiving). We worked exclusively with Ali Safdari who was attentive to our needs and promptly helped us select one of three products that would fit our wall space. Just to make sure the dimensions were accurate, I brought several spec sheets with me printed straight from the manufacturer's website. Ali assured me that the new oven would fit without any issues. Lead time was fantastic as we received the call from both Ali and the installers about a week later. However, on the day of the installation, I was informed that there would be an extra $100 charge due on the spot since there was a minor discrepancy in the measurements. At that time, I called Legacy and requested to speak to Ali however, he was unavailable as it was a weekend. The woman I spoke to on the phone informed me that she would call the installers straightaway to sort this out and "take care of it." In the end, neither Legacy nor Ali took care of this issue or bothered to call me back. I am happy with my purchase which was a good value (comparable to the big box stores) and personalized service when making my selection. However, I am unhappy about this hidden cost and because of that, I do not know if I can recommend them in the future.

Poor experience, unfriendly, and not welcoming. Stopped by the store the other day and the lady at the front desk barely looked up to say hello. She just said come in and look around. Only a few refrigerators on display and they charge a credit card transaction fee. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Two stars based on the fact that we purchased 2 Sub Zero fridges and a Cove dishwasher from Legacy in 2020 with an overall positive experience. But, times have changed.At the end of June of this year, we visited the showroom with some additional needs around microwave options. After a seemingly positive experience with a person named Faith and after providing her with detailed measurements and specifications before we left, we never heard back. Between June 24th and August 2nd, we left 3 separate messages that all went unanswered as well. In the end, we shouldn't have been so patient as we've waisted so much time.It takes nearly no effort to be responsive. It's a competitive market out there, we've taken our ongoing business to Airport Appliance. What a shame...

I am so glad we chose Legacy Appliances! They have been outstanding from helping/educating us on which new appliances would be best for our lifestyle for our kitchen remodel all the way through servicing and maintenance with our vendors. Faith, specifically was a true professional. Her follow-through, work ethic, patience, and support along the way helped make this such a pleasant experience. I can only review of ordering a product. I ordered a part for my hot water dispenser- paid In full. Told me part would come in about a week. 2 weeks no part. 3 weeks nothing and no communication. Finally got a hold of a person at the store and they told me next week. After 1.5 months, I cancelled the part. The poor communication even after leaving 2 voicemails to call me back. I also sent emails. I ended up ordering directly with waterinc. and received the part in 5 days.

I purchased roughly $60,000 in appliances from this company. For the most part, everything went well, with the exception of a broken ice maker. After speaking to the owner, he made it right and ordered a new one, while he fought with the manufacturer. Appreciate them doing the right thing even though the manufacturer was pushing back. Will buy from them again for sure.

We did a kitchen remodel and needed all new appliances. We stopped by Legacy and worked with Evan to get everything we needed within the timeframe we needed it. He was able to source all the appliances within our budget and hold them until the contractor was ready for install. Communication was very easy and he kept us in the loop as different appliances started arriving. Would absolutely work with Legacy again.

We made a purchase from this company May 2021 that consist of Bosch Fridge, Bosch Stove, Bosch microwave, and Bosch Dishwasher. It's almost a year and we still have not received our dishwasher. When we placed the order and paid for everything they said it would only take 2-3 months. Going on almost a year now and they said it should hopefully come in May. WOW literally a whole year later. Let's not forgot never once did they ever follow up with us to provide us with an update. We had to keep calling to see what's going on. Spending $8k isn't just penny's but I guess all this company once is your money and won't ever follow up with you again. I will never use this company again!!!

Like used car salesmen... they're helpful and responsive until they make the sale and then you can't get a response. So you elevate the issue to the manager who listens to your concerns, agrees to look into it and get back in touch and then just like his employees never gets back in touch and then also becomes unresponsive when you try and establish contact again. Also, they charge you for "driveway delivery" and then their delivery team wearing Legacy Appliance shirts try and charge you a second time for delivery with another invoice... probably hoping we didn't realize or forgot we had already paid for delivery and pay it again. What a racket! I will give 2 stars because I did check their prices and ensure the amount they charged were not severely marked up over what other appliance stores are charging for the same item(s).
