We have done a lot of remodeling/renovation in our house. This was by far the best experience ever. The entire crew was very professional. Jason was extremely accommodating and attentive. The install crew did an excellent job of removing old carpet and replacing it with laminate. We are very happy with the results.

Amanda and Thanh were extremely generous with a donation of new carpet for the Livermore High robotics team to practice driving our robot. Latta Floors has excellent customer service and really cares about our local community. I hope people can support this awesome Livermore company!

Latta Floors was fantastic to work with. They are very efficient and got the job done even earlier than expected. They transformed the hardwood floors from a scratchy mess to just like new. They also laid new flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. The floors look beautiful. I’d highly recommend them for your flooring needs

If you’re thinking about using Latta floors for your carpet or flooring needs, you need look no further. Thanh and Amanda, the owners, are so responsive and communicative which is unheard of these days. They did a great installation job and they were available literally 24 seven if you had any questions. I would not hesitate in using this company for your flooring and carpeting needs. I would recommend them to anybody that wants Great service, Great communication and Great installation. Thank you both for always being there for my questions/concerns. This was my first time buying wood floors and you took the time to educate me in all aspects of the job. Thank you both!!!!

I had a very positive experience from start to finish with my master bedroom carpet job. They worked within my budget to get the carpet I really wanted. Would recommend Latta Floors to anyone needing flooring in their home.

Great Company to deal with, from the showroom options to the installation were fantastic. I had concerns about my subfloor and the installer checked it and made the proper fix. I was referred to Latta floors from our Realtor who has worked with them on quite a few properties. This recommendation in and of itself is high praise.I contacted Amanda and immediately got a very professional and thorough response asking for more information and specifics around what I was looking for. Within a few days they had someone out to take measurements and provided multiple quotes using different flooring options. I was very set on a specific look and had a flooring in mind that was unfortunately discontinued. Amanda was INCREDIBLY patient with me, over the top helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we found something we would be happy with. I am horribly indecisive and never once did she act irritated/annoyed with me. She just kept reassuring me that I would find the flooring that I love and she would help me find it! And she did!Amanda and Thanh are super professional and took the time to address any and all concerns I had throughout the process. They are both responsive and knowledgeable. Without a doubt, I would recommend Latta Floors!

I reached out to Latta Floors for a quote to replace our existing floors. Jason and Amanda were very responsive and accommodating. Although we ended up going with another company (only because we weren't aware that they offered financing as well) they were a pleasure to work with.

We had SPC floors installed throughout our house except the bathrooms, and Latta Floors did an amazing job through the entire process.There was a delay with the floor we chose (not their fault, it was a delay with the supplier and it was over the holidays), but they made sure to follow up and keep us in the loop. We chose to wait even though we had the option to switch. The moment the floors arrived, they fit us in their schedule and had it installed in 2 days. They tidied up and left everything clean. We did a walk-through, and we were just stunned by the level of detail & precision.They were also able to install our floors so that we can have a seamless transition into the bathroom with the same floors once we remodel our bathrooms. And yes, we plan on having them do our bathrooms as well. Definitely recommend Latta Floors!Thank you, Thanh, Amanda, and Vince!
