Had such an amazing experience. I brought my necklace in for an emergency repaired and expected to leave it for a couple days. When I arived, they took a look at it and had it fixed within 10 minutes, FREE OF CHARGE! This is one of the best local jewelry stores in livermore and would highly recommend them for any repairs or questions you may have. Yall are a life saver and amazing people. - The Star Guy

The wonderful people that are there helping us are fabulous ! We have found our new 'go-to' jeweler ! Pricing is very fair, no pressure, and minor things we've needed help with are "service with a smile" and rarely a charge. Thank You Lance for running the best show in town ? ❤

The staff at lance cavalieri jewelry store are awesome i had a purple ring made and it turned out beautifully sherry was nice to show me other stack rings that will go with the purple one so I will go back there when I am ready to purchase another ring

I just visited this jeweler for the first time today and their customer service was exceptional. I’m getting married in two days and they were able to overnight some gifts for my bridesmaids, helped me pick out gifts for the mother of the bride mother of the groom, and Sister of the bride All for a reasonable price. After looking around their store, they have several unique pieces that are absolutely stunning 10 out of 10 would recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back, they are the best jeweler I’ve been to in years.

You can't find a nicer group of people than the staff at this jewelry shop! And they do great work and sell beautiful pieces at great prices. We don't plan to go anywhere else--ever--for our jewelry needs. ?

What can I say but, WOW! This jewelry store is such a quality, friendly and helpful place. I was looking for a Jeweler to work with a treasured family heirloom piece of jewelry and I needed a trustworthy place to go. I checked around and read every review I could find for the jewelers in my area and Lance Cavalieri Jewelers , hands down, had so many 5 star reviews that were all very impressive . As I walked into the store I was greeted and treated sincerely, like a long lost friend. Lida took her time with each customer and gave each of us of her attention. Lida explained all of my options for my jewelry and was super easy to work with. Lida's expertise and friendliness is PRICELESS. While I was there I couldn't help but notice some of the beautiful pieces they have in their cases and I will be going back to purchase something special for my next birthday. I ended up having a necklace fixed, several watch batteries replaced and I am now waiting on a special birthstone ring. So grateful to have found such a trustworthy place for all of our family's jewelry needs! Thank you !

HUGE rave for Lance Cavalieri Jewelers by trader joes!! I asked for refferals on here recently for my daughter, she wanted her wedding ring to be sized, she will not stop talking about what a wonderful experience she had! From the first phone call to fast service and pick up! This is owned and ran by a brother and sister duo. Lovely people so make sure to support locally! Cheri was the one that helped my daughter and was truly just the sweetest and most helpful person ever! They even cleaned it and made it extra sparkling! Super reasonable price for outstanding work!

HUGE and I mean HUGE shout out to this amazing family business!!! I cannot thank them enough. From the first contact on the phone to walking in, they welcomed me in and took such good care of me. I needed a repair done FAST and I mean FAST……They replaced my lobster clasp….(see photo) WHILE I WAITED! PLUS….cleaned all my rings…. just because! I have been using the same jeweler for YEARS (& YEARS!) but knew they wouldn’t be able to accomplish what I needed in the time frame I required…. And although I have been a loyal customer……and I don’t like to say this….. I know I have FOUND A NEW JEWELER…….. in MY TOWN……. with this wonderful store. ❤️

We love Lance Cavalieri Jewelers. My wife and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary by taking a vacation to Jamaica in May. We bought his and her wedding bands for our re-tying the knot ceremony. Cherie was so helpful in assisting us in choosing our rings and earrings for Debbie. They even threw in for no charge a sterling silver chain for a pendant my wife wants to wear during the ceremony. We highly recommend them.
