A huge branch of the chain where many products are sold at a discount. Excellent quality, large assortment of fashionable sports and casual clothing.I was surprised that the products offered were mainly very large sizes.

Why do I wait in line when there is only 8 people in a big store and these sales are not what i need in outlets. Looking for a polo dress for my babygirl but they are still about $100. They offer embossing but they stated nobody was trained to use it. I started playing with the machine and I bet i could figger it out

The guard at the front is ridiculous he was extremely rude and intentionally making people wait. Don’t come to this location the guard at the front is power tripping when there is zero people in the store. Do not come here he is extremely unorthodox and is rude to Asian clientele.

Only 7 people allowed at one time. Terrible customer service and rude. Don't waste your time here , security persons not good customer service he is always on phone browsing and playing, if they don't organize the store it's better to display that they can serve only 50 people per day rather than have customers wait who don't have time

Most inefficient store I have ever seen. Savw time. They take forever to get you in the reason being they take forever to check-out.

If only I can give a negative 5 stars, I would. This particular store is known for its rude employees. We were accused of kicking a rack because it fell. They were glaring at us and shaking their heads. We were called names and the word “squatters,” which means poor illegal settlers. We were forced to leave and when we were about to leave, the lady in line told us that her brother experienced the same treatment from them yesterday. Those employees are the ones who deserve to be laid off. No cap. We were polite, but accusations and rudeness got us. We’ll make sure we’ll let their superiors know about this incident. What a memorable Lacoste experience—to be called poor by an employee.

This review is for the store in Great Mall.My wife gifted me a Lacoste jacket. 2 weeks later pieces of the zip are falling, so the zip won’t go up and down anymore. I took it back for exchange and manager telling me that they unable to exchange it because the tags are missing!!! WHAT??? So I have to wear the jacket with tags intact forever in case if something goes wrong ????I am 47 years old and this is the first time I experienced this kind of zip failure. Will never buy Lacoste products again and I advice everyone to do the same .Again : the zip failed after 2 weeks used maybe 4 times all together. Store unable to exchange it because tags are not intact.UNACCEPTABLE rude manager in store.Lacoste outlet Milpitas Great Mall.

This store is located in San Francisco Premium Outlets. Store is smaller in size than usual stores and doesn’t have slot if collection. The staff is super rude. Went for shopping this weekend and the kid who was working right next to the entrance was rude to most of the customers.

This store used to be terrific. Tons of selection and inventory... I've probably purchased 30+ pieces of clothing here over the years... polos, 1/4 zips, tshirts, sweaters, sweat shirts... easily over 30. I tried to stop in here after work twice in the past month near closing time (7pm) ... both times around 640 pm. Both times the store was closed early, even though there were employees still in the store both times. I guess they have more important things to do than actually selling stuff.

They are having a very stupid policy by only allow 10 customers in the store now. I waited for more than 40 mins to get in. So don’t visit this store, just buy things online if you can wait. I had to come in because I was trying to pick up a last minute birthday gift.The security guard told the people in the line that they only allow 10 people in because they are short of staff but there are actually four staff working in the store excluding the security guard. So their staff can only handle 2.5 customers at a time? It seems extremely low efficient to me.

Long wait fir no reasin employees are very lazy and do not want to try hard more than half of the store is empty but they are at "capacity" i guess they count the dogs and babies in stroller too. RIDICULOUS

Only Few customers inside the store but still there was long wait at the door . They are not giving the preference to the customer but they were busy to organize the store .
