5.24.24 Came to use $10 off purchase of $25. Found out that everything we wanted to buy was excluded! Haven't been to Kohl's in months, now we remember why. Sephora inside the store takes up a lot of room, but it's a large space to begin with and it appears that people are coming in to buy from Sephora, so perhaps a good business move. Costume jewelry is reasonable when on sale. Very few women's tshirts on display, came to buy those, too. No luck. Spent too long there not to get what we came to buy. Disappointing overall.
Typical Kohl's, vastly overpriced merchandise that becomes a decent deal only with sales plus coupons. I wish they'd just have more reasonable prices in the first place as our family cannot always shop only when coupons are out. Very few 30% coupons being mailed any more. Apt 9 clothing brand is trendy & affordable. Good variety of clothing for the whole family. Frequently difficult to find shoes in stock that are on sale. Nice selection of costume & sterling jewelry. Great gift potential! Store is newer & comfortable. Bathrooms are very nicely designed & clean.

I visited this tote to return an Amazon package. There is no signage in the store until you're 20 feet away.

Long line at pickup counter, made me go to pick up bins which I didn’t know about, pick up instructions didn’t mention, and get it myself stand in line AGAIN. Only one person working the counter and she is in no hurry, not exactly a bastion of good customer service. Won’t be shopping here again.

Something has changed at the Livermore Kohl's in the last several months. The store is clean, well stocked and wonderfully organized now. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure shopping in this store now!

Love Kohls, this one especially. Been heading into this one for years. Clean, easy to get too, friendly staff. When I know what I need, no problem. When I have no idea, I always walk out with that last-minute present gift that always delights.
