I've always had a positive experience at Kaiser Pharmacy. The staff is efficient and helpful, and prescriptions are filled quickly. Their attention to detail and patient care really stand out. Highly recommend!

Amazing treatment, I wanted to share my positive experience with Dr. Daniel Combitsis. He is a compassionate, understanding, helpful, relatable, and kind doctor who genuinely cares. Dr. Combitsis takes the time to get to know all his clients, creating a supportive and personalized healthcare experience.

I had a pleasant experience, wait time was very short. My only issue was that I was directed to the wrong medication on the shelf and now I'm out $15.

I went to Kaiser Livermore Injection Clinic. Receptionist was rude. I had made an appointment for an injection. I has received 3 notices that it was due. I registered on time for the appointment but was greeted by a 60 minute wait time I returned to the receptionist and she said I don't know anything about the wait or the sign. I waited 10 minutes and was called by a rude injection nurse she questioned why I was there I showed her the paper I had been given for the vaccination. She then broke into a speech that I had the vaccine and if I was i insisting she would show me the guidelines of the CDC. I asked her to make a note in my chart. My Husband waited after his appointment 40 minutes after his appointment. The only bright side was Ms Williams she was kind and caring.

Small, single bldg, campus w/ basic services such as labs, rx, EKG, ultrasound, eye, doc appts that I've experienced thus far. No covid vax. Convenient if u live nearby, but we still go to Pleasanton for our preferred docs & Dublin for covid vax. (Urgent Care & some wknd hrs r also available @ the latter) We alwaz like the friendly radiology tech & chat it up. Will leave out her name for anonymity. Oh, when wanting to check on the prices of scripts for a future surgery, they had to fake fill & put them back just to find out. Then when I actually tried to fill them later after pre-op at another campus, 1 med was blocked! Freaked out cuz needed it to prep for next day surgery. Long wait for them to get a hold of doc to write a new script. *sigh

I had made an appointment for one thing and figured while I was there I would ask about getting a cortisone shot for a trigger finger. I was told I couldn't get the cortisone injection because they did not have the SHORT NEEDLES and to schedule another appointment. I scheduled another appointment for today at 10:20 am. I sent an email to my doctor letting her know that I had scheduled an appointment for a cortisone injection for a trigger finger that I've had since last May. That I was letting her know that I needed a cortisone injection for a trigger finger and would like to discuss options for both the pain in my big toes. That I was letting her know ahead of time so that when I got there I wouldn't be told that they didn't have the right needles and that only one subject could be discussed at this visit. I explained in the email what had happened at the last visit. On Friday I got a call getting me in for surgery on a cancellation. I emailed my doctor asking if having surgery on the same hand as the one I scheduled to get a cortisone injection would be a problem or should I reschedule. They told me to ask the surgeon. I asked my surgeon if it would be ok to get the cortisone injection after the surgery he said it would be no problem since it was a different finger. Anyway today when I was called into the exam room the assistant told me they DO NOT DO CORTISONE INJECTIONS. OMG! Why! Why! Didn't they tell me that when I specifically sent an email telling them why I was sending the email! Needles to say that I will be changing insurance. Pun intended! But, really it's very upsetting.

The receptionists are very kind and professional. Very caring too. I was given a snack and water when seen that was tired and hot.

Earliest appointment I could get was 1.5 weeks out for a doctor visit. Kaiser assigned it to Dr. Ruchi Arora. Took day off from work for appointment. Kaiser sent 2+ confirmations of appointment. On the way to appointment, find out that Dr. Arora's office cancelled the appointment without any notification. Extremely poor customer service!

I came here recently to do a health screening and never been to this location before. I picked this facility because it was convenient for my schedule. I was a little confused about where to go and there was no greeter at the door so I had to find the first person to help me. When I got to my designated dept the lady at front desk was older and couldn't hear very well. I don't mind speaking up but I had to repeat everything I was saying twice. When I seen the doctor she was the problem for my 2 stars. She asked why I came to this facility and it felt as if I made a mistake by coming and bothering her. I never had a medical professional belittle me as she did. I already didn't feel welcomed at this place and she made my experience so much worse. I'm sorry if you're having a bad day but please don't take it out on your patients. I came for a health screening and to ask about my skin rash and she was very rude and upfront about everything I'm doing wrong about my skin rash. I'm saddened that I even have to make this review because I've always loved being a Kaiser patient and their facilities. But I guess this changed it for me.

Many of us have lost jobs or have otherwise taken a severe financial hit due to covid. WARNING! If you ever find yourself struggling to pay unforeseen medical bills, Kaiser has no problem whatsoever having you reported to the Credit Bureau through their proxy and ruining any credit you may have left.

I had a doctor here for years and liked her. She left, not unexpectedly as she had been slowly phasing herself out of Kaiser for years. They booted myself and everyone on her panel out of the facility with no plan to have more doctors take on these patients. The access to care is inexcusably bad. I wish I had the option to get care outside of Kaiser, as I've never had care anywhere else but I'd happily throw in the towel at this point.

I have visited kaiser my whole life. Dr Barnett saved my brothers life when he was born pre- mature so I have a lot of love for this place. Today was the first time I have visited the adult doctors since I have turned 19. Upon arriving , the whole staff just stared at me and rolled their eyes, scoffing. I had a blood and urine test and nobody gave me any instructions or help. Everybody was cold and rude and talking about me behind my back. I was showing respect and common courtesy. I am now extremely upset. I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression and having people ignore me to my face really impacted this experience negatively. This place is fine if you're a kid because i doubt they will be rude to you. However, the people at the laboratory and the blood draw station are all extremely cold and uncaring. Weird for a doctor right? I'm changing my health insurance to another clinic ASAP. Shame on you kaiser.

Filling my prescription yesterday was seamless. Kaiser had employees available to assist outside the pharmacy to help keep distance and to speed the process. Everyone I dealt with in the pharmacy was very polite. A very good experience!
