Decent selection. I actually found a couple pairs of shoes that I was interested in. However, I did. It see them in my size and the sales reps were busy chatting with each other.We left.

Always great service and selection of footwear and men’s wear. Picked up another 3 pairs of shoes and have been trying for the past couple months to make it in. I could have gone to the retail location in SF, but trying to find parking and the stress of breaking into my rental car kept me away from shopping in DT of SF.

While the customer service in the store was good, the lack of receiving my product has soured my experience. On October 15th I ordered a pair of shoes and as of today (November 23rd) I still have yet to receive them. Whenever I attempt to track my order on the official site there is an error. The only communication I receive is a notification of a backorder which has now been pushed back to December 18th. This experience has solidified that I'll never order anything online from Johnston and Murphy ever again.

Was shopping over the weekend at the Outlet Mall for new shoes for my upcoming wedding, and happened to pass by Johnston & Murphy. I'm not familiar with this brand, but decided to check the store out on a whim. Love their overall selection available, and wound up finding a pair that I liked, fit well, and was decently priced. As it was early on in our day, and we wanted to check out a few more stores first, the gentleman who assisted us kindly offered to put it on hold while we shopped around. In addition, he inquired about what else we were shopping for, and made some recommendations on some other stores that we could take a look at as well. After an exhausting day looking through the major brands, we found a few accessories that I wanted, but could not find another pair of shoes that I liked. When we returned to Johnston & Murphy, the same salesperson that was working from earlier was still there, and he both remembered me and the pair of shoes he put on hold for me, as well brought out some belts that I could try on. Having remembered our conversation earlier in the day when I mentioned I was also shopping for a new belt. When checking out, my fiancé noticed a very slight blemish on one of the shoes, and the salesperson very kindly buffed and polished both shoes for us without hesitation. And upon leaving, my fiancé noticed an elderly couple in the store in which the husband was wearing a cap from the same hotel we are getting married in at Hawaii. What a small world! Great experience, great service, and excellent quality and selection of men and women's formal footwear. Highly recommend this store, and will not hesitate to come shop here again!

I came here a few weeks back as my Dr. recommended these shoes. If I could guess a zero review I would. I never have felt the need to write any review about a company ever. The first time there a young man assisted me, he was clueless and unhelpful. I left the store without purchasing as I didn't receive the assistance I needed.I shopped the Outlets again this week and decided to try the store out one more time. This time an older female assisted me, realizing this was the store manager , I was happy that someone could help me. low and behold she was even more clueless than her employee. Needless to say I will never return to this store again.

I was really excited to try these as they were recommended by my doctor for my ankle stability. Spent the $180 only to find when the shoes arrived - both right feet different sizes. Then when I called customer service they said they were backordered and asked if I wanted a different shoe or a different color. Um no. I wanted these, just with a left and right foot. Then when I asked about a refund they said I had to go to a FedEx store to return them. For a company that advertises high caliber and quality, not a good experience.

I own 3 Pairs of woman's dress shoes that I've purchased from here and let. Me. Tell. You. Super high quality, and some of the most comfortable heels I've ever owned! I can literally wear my heels from here all day long, and I can't say that about any of the others I own. My husband loves their dress shirts too, super comfy and will structured so they're flattering. He's retired most of his Men's Warehouse shirts for these now. They always have great sales and discounts going on so I feel like I'm getting a steal every time I go. If you haven't been here yet, go. Try a pair of shoes on. You won't regret it!
