The staff weren't friendly at all!! I was there shopping and browsing for an hour and never did they greet me or asked me if I needed help. This is absolutely unacceptable!! Especially coming from a high end brand.

Love this shop salespeople were super helpful, clothes aren't cheap but so beautiful--I appreciate that they let you look at nice clothes in a low-pressure situation. Got a shirt and a jacket, absolutely love them two years later.

I walked in to John Varvatos on a Saturday and was greeted by a friendly face at the door! They were having 60% off the entire store and I went a little crazy. Elliot was incredibly helpful and even offered to order any product that I liked that they didn't have in stock. I was in there for about an hour and the entire time the staff was very attentive and made me feel like I was the only person in the store, even though it was a busy Saturday night. Thank you Elliot for your kindness and your excellent customer service; along with your entire team!

Staff is always energetic and helpful. Even a bit too much sometimes, but this is the ethos of Varvatos. It's a great store with good selection and always great pricing. Some items leave quickly others there for very long times depending on the line from which they come. The best place to buy high-end basics. Hands down the most comfortable jeans in the world.

Be careful when purchasing sale items from this store as they will have a small sign on the counter stating 'All Sales Are Final'. THE CLERK WILL NOT MENTION THIS AT THE TIME YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE. They will not give you the opportunity to return or exchange the item. This is a big problem if you are purchasing an expensive Christmas or Birthday gift for someone and then it doesn't work for them, they don't like it or if it is the wrong size.
