Sales: I gave 4 stars for the sales and I would give 3 stars for the shoes. I can’t blame as this is outlet. The sales person was kind and tried to show different pairs. The only thing which I felt 4 stars was that he did not explain about the return policy before purchase. I think I should have asked too.
Shoe: Well with the shoe quality, all shoes are new and on a discounted price, you get huge discounts during holiday sale. One thing to note that these shoes are made for outlet and there is a huge difference in the quality and price. The outlet shoes are but wobbly and the material/construction isn’t that sturdy but the retail store one is much more comfortable.
Overall: if you want to buy a good quality durable jimmy choo and not mind the price range, go to retail store. If you don’t mind the quality and tight on budget but still need a branded shoe, this won’t fail you. Search and you will get a good shoe within $500 max.

The staff and manager are so rude. They make you feel like they’re doing you favor by helping you or just can’t be bothered to ask them to bring your size out. Why work in customer service if you hate customers and service? lol. You realize that’s your job, right? You literally work in retail in a shoe store, your literal job is to help customers. Corporate, get on it with your training and hiring issues.

Bad experience and horrible customer service here. I wanted to buy a glass and the staff told me the one displayed was the final one. It's well known that the displayed on is usually used and touched a lot. Also, according to their policy, proper discount need to be applied if there is any scratches, as they told me. I found one visible scratch which I showed it to them. However, this white malr staff tried to ignore and keep denying even though he saw it. We showed our strong willing to buy, but the staff showed me a "don'tcare" face and told us to leave. How rude he is.

I recently visited the Jimmy Choo Outlet Store. The staff was warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Their expertise and attention to detail were unparalleled. A big THANK YOU to Austin, Fay, Praline, and Tim. I will be back :-)

The staffs in Jimmy choo are rude and not responsible for customer service! I bought a pair of shoes back home and found the shoes were not brand new.There were stains on the sole which were not likely to take place. The glitter at the toecap was partly drop out.I believe this pair of shoes was NOT in new condition. Neither do I believe Jimmy Choo will be in such poor condition right after I bought it home.When I tried to exchange for another pair in the store, the sales and her manager argued with me rudely that I would be responsible for this condition and the manager promised that he will find the camera recording to proof it through online customer service.After that, I submitted the customer service request and provided everything I have. However, the store no longer responded to the case for 3 weeks (until now!).I will NEVER purchase Jimmy Choo and I hope everyone who read this review can aviod this store especially.

Superb Staff, very helpful and forthright in showing products that aren’t even on display. Offer to call for sizes and designs if not currently available in store at no extra cost. Both the ladies and one gentleman manning the store are an asset to have for any business owner.I would love to go back soon and buy more lovely stuff at beyond amazing prices.Recommend a 100%

Worst store Zero starsMy husband bought me a bag and shoes yesterday and went to exchange the shoes. They never told us it was final sale. I went to return the shoes Today and very rude staff told me that no returns final sale. This is one of the worst high end stores we have.1000 dollars rip off. Looters of modern 2022 store. I wish I can have my money backI still have the receipts and this was never told to us this is final saleWorst store in Bay AreaSpoiled my birthday.

It’s not often that you walk into a store and are greeted with such a positive atmosphere anymore, but this team does just that! Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance looking for anything. The new manager, Austin, was such a great help!! I had no clue what I was searching for, but Austin was so knowledgeable about each product. Thank you for helping me! What a great store.

I went to this outlet location in Livermore and bought a pair of nice shoes today. I am very impressed about the service in this store. The people who helped me Austin Coakley and Ginee Haer are very helpful and informative, really grateful for this attitude with their professionalism.The store manager Austin shows his patience and engages his job very well. Ginee is a very warm and helpful assistant to the Manager, they are a great team.Highly recommend this store, good products , great service.I would like to give these two people a five stars. The store Manager really did a great job to run a great team . Thumbs up ?

Very off-putting experience. Came here with my mother in law and stood at the front waiting for somebody to let us in. There was nobody else in line. We stood for a few minutes and even though workers saw us, no greeting or anything. The store didn't look full at all and I saw folks walked out but nobody was letting us in. So we left and decided to come back here later on our way back. We came back the second time and AGAIN, same experience. At this point I didn't know why I decided to stand there for a few more minutes. The store was even more empty with just a handful of customers and 2-3 workers were looking at us without any greeting. Finally a gentleman let us in and he greeted us, he offered help along the way while I was browsing. I liked some shoes but felt uncomfortable that I just left. Later after I left, I saw two women in line waiting and the worker greeted them. Not sure what the worker said exactly but something along the lines of they'll be in shortly. Wow. Both experience we never got that greeting, instead just blank stares. I wanted to add that the other 2 customers that were greeted were white. Was it a race issue? I really hope not. In any case we won't be back here. Since the shoes are very pricey, would much rather use my money wisely elsewhere.

Jimmy Choo offers bday discount which I didn't received during my bday month,, waited for my whole month before contacting corporate, corporate informed me to contact store directly which I did and reached a helpful and nice associate Ginee, whom told me to come in no problem, they will honor it. 6 friends and I drove 1 hour into the store today to shop, all my friends purchased quite a few items and I made my selections helped by associate Leona since Ginee was off. The associate couldn't do the bday discount and asked for help. The store manager NESIH ERKUT came and was extremely rude, refused to honor the promised bday discount for me, even after I showed him the text which his store associate sent to me and asked him to contact her to straightened out the situation, He said "No" and said for me to contact corporate. I said "I did, and corporate advised me to contact the store directly" he still adamantly refused. I cant believe he calls himself a manager while being so arrogant and rude and and argued with me while escalating the matter instead of de escalating it, it was a simple fix instead he made it such a bad experience for us and lost me as a customer for certain. Jimmy Choo seriously need to re evaluate their customer service policies to keeping it consistent and perhaps considering retraining their management teams, otherwise there will be many un satisfied customers and more bad reviews to come.

Don’t recommend, a lot of limitations on refund. One of the sales staffs is very aggressive which makes customer uncomfortable.
