Just to be clear, I have been working at this store for about 2 months and I love it! I was promoted to a manager position within the first two weeks I started working there.Our clothing line is an amazing quality and well made. Our brand is based out of San Francisco and the company is very good about personally communicating with all stores and all staff. Especially if you need anything.Come check out our store ‘Janie and Jack’ Outlets, we are having a friends and family event starting March 1st! Horrible customer service (DONT ORDER FROM THEM!)Horrible customer service! Wanted to refund my order before it came, tell me to wait four days until it came and I waited four days and the order status changed to fulfilled and when I checked it, it said it was delivered and it had a picture of the package and apartment and I do live at an apartment, but that was not my apartment complex office it wasn’t near where it was and I went to my apartment office and the filed a missing report and they said that they haven’t gotten any packages missing or seen yet and when I tried to talk to customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because it was already delivered and then I reported it to the police, but I already reported it and the next day when I tried to talk to customer service again. They ended the chat on me. I don’t see the point in having customer service if you’re not willing to help in any situation or if you’re not able to refund anything after placing an order even if you don’t want it anymore or even if it’s missing at all. DONT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!

I am very glad I quit from this place recently after 3 days of working. I was the nicest greeter there and was under paid big time with lots of experience. Warning don't work here terrible associates.

Terrible (understatement) customer service. I went to the store and as usual there’s no greeting whatsoever. I requested for some clothes to be exchanged without a receipt and since it was a set they were not together. The girl there was very very rude and just said these have been “ripped apart” when she could have just said it’s missing a hanger. They were not ripped apart.. all the tags are intact.. When I asked for her name to provide feedback she said she doesn’t have to give me that. I asked for manager’s contact and she said she is not going to give as well.. instead she started telling me that I was rude. I have never been treated like this at any store worldwide before.. felt like customer service does not mean anything at this store. Will NEVER go to this store and would advise people to buy elsewhere if they care about customer service. The guy seemed okay but was quiet while this was happening.. Janie and Jack do you interview people or is it first come first serve thing?

Terrible store. The temp manager is calling the police on me because I requested her to tell her name for refund process. To make me go away without her name, she grabbed her phone and called the police and locked herself up in the back leaving store empty. I have to filmed our conversation to protect myself. Did I mention that my child was horrified by her exaggerated behavior?!!!! All for her name.

Dirty and disorganized store, which is a surprise considering the store is empty on a busy Saturday afternoon.Maybe if the two cashiers (African American girl and another girl with makeup explosion on her face) got off their phones and picked up from time to time. Maybe even a simple hello to customers coming in would help people feel invited. But nope, something was much more important on their phones than their jobs and any customers. I tried buying something and asked for size help. Got a little wave, it's over there somewhere. Cold atmosphere, dirty store, lazy workers. And yes, we are talking about a kids clothing store...I was surprised as well.

I've visited this store several times during the past year. Two of the times, the store was closed during posted business hours. When the store is actually open during business hours, the staff is rude and incompetent, including the store manager. Save yourself a trip and shop elsewhere or even online. This is why brick-and-mortar stores are failing- abhorrent customer service and no one who actually cares about helping the customer.

The term "outlet" is very misleading as this store has the same products and prices as a normal Janie and Jack store. The employees are nice enough; unlike a regular J&J store, this one often looks ransacked and disorganized. They do have more items on their clearance racks but the discounts aren't anything to write home about.I have better luck on the actual J&J website.

Horrible customer service!! As soon as we walked in we were not greeting what so ever, instead she stared at us with a displeased stare. We came ready to buy as we came from out of town but left as if we felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the store. People like that should not be working in customer service.

The lady who call herself manager doesn’t bother to answer your question and she acts like you are coming to store as an enemy. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever. They refused to take our return when we had receipt and the tag (removed though). Worst policy ever saying the tag is not connected with merchandise so they cant accept the return. Your end is near!

January 17, 2022. I found 2 nice pretty gifts ? there for a friend's daughter. There was only 1 worker, but she was so nice & helpful.
