Disappointed is an understatement. Always loved J Crew and their products. The team running that store needs to be completely fired with people who come to work with a desire to serve the customer. Walk in the store no greeting? No problem I’m looking for help find three team members having a splendid time chatting behind the register. I have to go ask for help no sizes in the sales floor makes it very hard to self help. 2 littles in strollers and an open check book. As the store is piling in with customers they have a little team huddle to discuss the sales goals for the day. Note to team if you want to hit your numbers help your customers. I had to ask one of them to exchange a size for me while I was checking out and the ball but rolled her eyes at me. They were clearly annoyed and the whole team needs to be fired. Find people that really want to do their job.

I have been coming to this J.Crew Factory store for the last few years and have had pleasant experiences every time. However, my latest visit has left a bitter taste in my mouth and made me wary to ever return. I was trying on clothes in the fitting rooms when I accidentally left my Hydroflask in the room I was using (I realized it was missing after I finished paying). When I went back to retrieve it, someone was in the room I was using so I patiently waited until they were finished. Once the person left, I examined the room but couldn't find the bottle. When I asked the staff there about it, without hesitation, they answered that they didn't find anything in the room after I left. This was a bit puzzling, so I investigated further.
On the right side of the fitting rooms is a room the workers use to fold clothes and store lost and found items. I took a peek into that room and lo and behold my Hydroflask was on the top shelf. It's very distinctive with a custom design on the body. When I pointed it out to one of the workers who told me they had found nothing, she seemed surprised, told me I could take it, and quickly left the fitting room area. I'm not trying to insinuate that they took it and were planning on keeping it themselves, but I did find it curious that they claimed there was nothing found and didn't offer to check their lost and found.
Moral of the story: shop here for decent deals and decent quality clothes. Just don't leave anything in the fitting rooms or you run the risk of never seeing it again.

Quality of fabrics is poor, similar to that of Old Navy recently, especially at this store. A bit disappointed as a travelled to buy at JCrew after many good reviews from friends.

That store is OK but one of the men employee was very rude and unkind. I live near by that store so I shop often there. When I went there I felt very bad. I do not recommend to go there.

My girlfriend found some nice pieces for herself. They offer a student discount in addition to sales prices.

This is a nice store, but it’s cheaper on the jcrew factory website than at this store.

Always love JCrew quality but they don't carry tall length pants in the factory stores or factory website.

This rating isn't for the store or the selection but rather for the staff member (she is this older asian lady with short hair and a stylish colorful sweater on). She was super helpful in asking if I needed assistance and even went above and beyond in the fitting room to help my boyfriend find another size.Beyond this, he went a rung up a shirt he found in the clearance section and another employee who was newer didn't help us when we told her this shirt was in clearance and shouldn't be $70. My boyfriend ran into the asian lady coming out and asked her if regular retail is the case and she said no it should be on clearance so she went out of her way to the other staff member who originally rung us up and showed her how to fix this. We received a partial refund on the shirt, it should have been $20ish instead of $70. I glad she went above and beyond to help us, it meant a lot to us. Someone please give this lady a raise and a promotion! This is the type of service that makes us want to return.

The store is just absolutely dirty....there were big patches of dust everywhere on the floor, a few cockroach like bugs crawling around... it was very disgusting... This would have been a 1-star review. However the SAs working here are incredibly nice and willing to help. I feel bad they need to work in such awful environment.

Vanessa is very rude and lazy. Took forever to get her attention to ring me up and the store was a dump. Please set your standards higher and get better people than her ... anything but that. Oh and she lies to her customers
