Today they were selling 10 dollars per shirt. It's the cheapest so far among the other brands. Their shirts are made in Mexico.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. For an unknown reason, staff refused to provide any assistance. I will not be returning as a customer.

I went there for some t-shirts and swimming shorts, I found what I wanted, very good selection but the short blonde girl who was working that Saturday was unfriendly, mean and zero customer service.

Went in to return/ exchange some board shorts , the receipt clearly states that if past the 30 day mark and if item is unworn and has original tag and receipt then it can be returned or exchanged. Well, the guy didn't let us return it and said they no longer give store credit only immediate exchange in store. Now I've worked retail plenty of years and this would be no big deal, if the receipt didn't clearly state otherwise . Also I'm a big fan of parent company Nike and have worked for them, and I am completely disappointed that the Hurley company / manager or so he claimed to be didn't honer what is printed on the receipt .

I rarely write reviews, but I believe this review will help and inform future customers for this store. First off, I used to love the brand. As I attended the University of Hawaii, Hurley Board Shorts were the way to go. However, after my experience today i've lost respect and trust for the brand. Here's why.. The company doesn't honor their own return policy. Today I went in to return a new pair of board shorts (All tags attached + Original receipt). The original receipt clearly states that any return over 30 days will be granted a refund or exchange only if the items were new and had an original receipt. The shorts were purchased in February. The "manager" denied the policy and said that their store couldn't honor it. Here's his reason: Since the return would be over 30 days old, their system couldn't find the original purchase? Being that Nike is Hurley's parent company, you would think that they would have a system that at least keeps track of sales history more than 30 days old. So I opted for a gift card instead.. BUT, the manager claimed that Hurley doesn't do gift cards anymore. This store is a JOKE. Hurley corporate, if you ever get the chance to read this please UPDATE your return policy. OR properly train your employees to honor your policy that's written on the receipt. For now, you've lost a loyal customer.
