Beautiful new hotel. It's fantastically designed in a modern way in shades of gray. Great furniture, storage and built ins. Full kitchen adequately equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pits and pans. Cook top and dishwasher.
It's great to have for extended stays or as a rental as it's better than any one bedroom condo you can rent. Huge closet and vanity.
Good variety breakfast, heated pool. Located in a huge sprawling shopping plaza eith shops and restaurants in a scenic area of.Livermore. Great common area to hang in and dine. Ample free parking. Nice business center .
Very impressive.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Dublin and it was great! Perfect location near shopping, Starbucks and restaurants (Cali Kid Burgers is SO good!). The kids loved the basketball court and the pool. The location felt very safe and it was only about a six minute drive to the soccer fields. Would definitely stay here again.

First time at this location. I gotta say it's my new favorite spot here in Livermore! It's new, clean and there is plenty of well lit parking and pathways. The front desk is friendly and they send you texts throughout your stay to make sure you are well and taken care of. The breakfast was nice, a good variety of everything from Greek yogurt station, to oatmeal and waffles to a hot breakfast with Omelettes, scrambled eggs with spinach, sausage, potatoes.

Nice, new hotel. However, there was hair in the shower, and the breakfast in the morning was not good. They had previously frozen Strawberries on their yougart bar. They also had the cheap, previously frozen sausages. Just not appetizing.

Checked in to a suite for one night. Really convenient place close to wineries. They had clean rooms, a kitchenette, and a comfy sofa bed. TV in the sitting area and another in the bedroom. The bathroom is large with a separate sink area. Service was great, with a decent spread for a continental breakfast.Rooms: Large, clean, and convenient.Safety: Good area, well lit and plenty of parkingNoteworthy details: Reception is friendly, rooms/beds are clean, and area is close to (about 20 minutes away from) wineries.

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel or its sister hotel across the street Marriott Residence Inn, as they are managed by the same team.My family and I (long-time tri-valley residents) were displaced due to a fire. As such, we thought it would be best to stay close to my 10 yo brother's school, so he could still attend and try to create as much of a normal situation for him, especially since his whole room including his clothes and toys had all been burned.Unfortunately, this hotel was a nightmare situation from start to finish, and added unnecessary stress to our already horrendous situation.First, of all they only clean the rooms every four days. We asked for extra cleaning, (every 2 days or so) and the management became extremely agitated by our request. One manager, Debbie, even told us that the hotel "was not the right fit for us". Second of all, they do not care if sick guests cough all over the breakfast buffet. When you ask for them to wipe down the area, they will simply say "luckily, breakfast is closing anyways so don't worry" and you'll be left hungry. Third of all, the rooms are clearly extremely mismanaged. You will be switched from room to room at their leisure, separating you from your family, because they themselves have no idea which rooms were booked. They'll tell you your rooms are fine the night before, and another staff member will be knocking at your door in the morning to kick you out. And if there are any corporate guests who show up, get ready to be instantly kicked out of your room to make room for them. Even your Diamond status means nothing here.Especially if you are Desi, stay away from these hotels as they will not offer any hospitality to you. Just go to the Marriott Residence Inn in Pleasanton instead.
