This hotel space used to be something else years ago, and I stayed at that place a few times. We had a family wedding in Livermore and decided to try it out. We'd never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, and didn't know quite what to expect.Check in was easy, and I was happy with the expanded room size. Two queen beds, a sofa area and a desk were great. Full size fridge was useful. Our room was comfortable during our stay.The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were breakfast bowls that were hard from being under the heat lamp for so long and were inedible. The omelets were okay. Didn't try the breakfast sandwiches. The attendants didn't keep up with the bread items which emptied. While food was plentiful, it was not necessarily what I would have liked.Most of the employees were nice, except the front desk attendant who scolded my husband for touching something on a shelf on the night of 10/20/2023.Aside from Wendy's and a gas station, you need a car if you want food/groceries etc.Would probably stay again because the location was good for us.

My husband and I usually stay here when we are in town to visit family. We have always had a good experience and great customer service!My biggest complaint really, is the breakfast buffet. It’s just awful. The egg meals and very spicy and gross and the bagels have such a bad taste that you can tell that they have freezer burn. And worst of all, they continue to put out the same old rotten fruit.So now, I will just go find breakfast somewhere else. Not what I want to do but if it means I can find a better breakfast elsewhere, then I will do so until they improve theirs.

I stayed for just under 2 weeks and it's one of if not the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was WONDERFUL- they were there whenever needed and so, so kind. The room was super clean without a smell (I'm very sensitive to smells) and was perfect for a long stay. There's a kitchenette that had everything I needed for a longer stay. The bathroom was perfect- had room for everything I needed and a nice big shower to relax in after a long shift every day. The breakfast was fantastic as well, so many options to choose from and good tasting food. I did use the pool as well, it was great to do a few laps in and relax in the sun. They also have a workout room that is clean and well kept. I seriously recommend this place- I checked out of another hotel to come here after it was recommended to me and was so happy that I made that decision!

We spend a lot of time in hotels and this met above our expectations! Great staff, dry clean, well maintained, great workout room, and very good complimentary breakfast. Great job team Home2 Suites Livermore!

Large room for improvement in cleanliness.The cleaning regimen for the bathroom/shower is very insufficient (ants, black mold, soap scum/pink mold). I was surprised by how reluctant Housekeeping was to reclean the shower when I reported the ants. Ants reappeared the next day & they didn't clean (or notice???) the mold.

I booked a bank of rooms for my daughters wedding at a Livermore winery! I am so happy I chose Home2Suites! The hotel staff was terrific, especially Donica and Henry! Both were responsive, informative, and patient (a very stressed mother of the bride here). Checking in was seamless, the hotel rooms were spacious, very well appointed (full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen dishes/utensils (did not use), plenty of towels, sofa and seating area. Pool, outside patio area, a lovely breakfast to suit any taste with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurts, fresh fruit, toast, juices (a variety of), spacious seating for dining. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and informative. I very much appreciate their willingness and helpfulness!Noteworthy details: A very comfortable, friendly, well appointed hotel. Perfect place to gather and prepare for my baby’s wedding!

Very nice newly constructed building, updated design, room I ended in was your standard long ways hotel with everything squeezed into it. No stove top cooking in my room but it has a microwave.Safety: We’ll lit place near other popular places

Showed up an 45 minutes early with barely any cars in parking lot. Told no rooms available and come back in hour. Lol Geez! Nobody here!

No conditioner in the hotel! Other hotels in the area do have containers of conditioner on the wall in the shower, but this hotel only has body wash and shampoo. Bcs of a new state rule they no longer have bottles of conditioner either, but they should have it on the wall with shampoo like the other hotels nearby.

My boyfriend and my brother come here for work all the time. We always have a credit card authorization form on file. I spoke to Yas. She was very rude and unhelpful and almost made it to where they couldn’t check into their hotel because they apparently lost or couldn’t fine the credit card authorization form. I guess she was just expecting them to sleep in their truck for the week. We spend thousands of dollars with this hotel. We will not be making any more reservations here at this hotel and I will be rethinking using Hilton for future business reservations in the future. It’s a constant problem. There has also been a couple times we have used their griddles and accidentally forgot to use them then we will come back the following week and request it use it again they would give it back to us dirty. The lady who works at the free breakfast bar in the morning and makes us not even want to get breakfast. Our company spends THOUSANDS coming to this hotel weekly for our employees. The manager will be calling me so an update to be soon. I’ve spoken to Henry before and he is also not vert pleasant to work with either. They just lost a regular

This is my second time staying here and traveling with my dog. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and their is a nice pet relief area with bags. Big thank you to the staff, I am remote working and brought the wrong cable to connect my monitor. I asked the front desk if they by chance had an HDMI and sure enough they did and allowed me to barrow during my stay. The little things go along way and are greatly appreciated.Rooms: Large, clean and nice small kitchenette area.Safety: Feel very safe here. The area itself if quite with a few other surrounding hotels. Having a dog, I felt safe walking in the evening.Food & drinks: Variety for breakfast and coffee was always fresh and hot.
