Ease off highway. Checked in late on 4/20. Ton of noise till well after 2am woke up to incredible amount of weed smoke in hallways and even sifting into the rooms. Just one night thank goodness. Nothing one person on property could do. Shame the bay area has arrived in the valley

I checked in to the hotel for business, I had to hop on a few zoom meetings and needed a quiet space. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The rate was great and check in was smooth. I was able to check in early which was a plus! The room was clean and quiet and the wifi was fast! I'd stay here again! thanks for the great experience.

Rooms were older but looked kinda renovated. I'm docking the stars cause it's the slowest holiday inn at breakfast. We prefer holiday inns for good in budget stays and usually it's well organized but here it's been playing wack a mole with breakfast items ... never got a whole plate, had to eat in pieces cause the food wasn't enough for the people waiting in line for breakfast.I've been here 25 min and the lady who was here before me still hasn't gotten a turn at grabbing a piece of egg

Enjoyed our stay here while in town for a wedding. Great location. Clean rooms. Morning breakfast. Courteous staff. I would stay here again.

I was a guest at the hotel for 18 nights in town for business. The front desk staff couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The room was huge, very clean and well kept. If I'm ever back in the area I won't think twice about staying here again. I can't comment on the breakfast because I left the hotel each morning before breakfast was serviced. Nice outdoor pool and plenty of plug in spots for EV's.

Great hotel. Had a clean pool area. Although I was in the pool and some outsiders were able to get in and swim with their rambunctious kids. Made the relaxing time less enjoyable.

In town on meeting. The company had booked this motel. Easy/fast check-in. Good location.The hallways are clean. The room was ready and clean. All basic necessities are provided. Rooms are low lit and fairly comfortable.The location is great for my needs. This is one of cheaper places to stay in radius depending on your needs. There are restaurants, gas stations and more in area.Overall, I would stay again. Parking is accessible from every angle of motel. The pool is available, although I didn't use it.Nearby activities: Restaurants, gas stations and more nearby.

Absolutely worst Holiday Inn experience ever encountered.Stayed for one night and everything was going well till power went out at 10ish at night didn't return till the following morning at 7:00am. Hot summer night in July and no AC, no lights, just miserable. Using our phone lights to use the restroom.Front desk had absolutely nothing to say, but to contact the manager.Got back home and tried contacting the general manager "Ricardo Garcilazo" for a partial or full refund or future credit. But no reply after a few attempts to call the hotel, just lies from the front desk receptionist as she would put me on hold each time I had a question.It was pretty obvious he didn't want to come on the phone and help. So finally contacted corporate and got a full future credit after they confirmed indeed that this happened to be a fact. Ricardo has no customer service skills or communication and should've took care of itinstead of me contacting corporate.Will not be returning to this Holiday Inn again as I travel to Livermore once a month.

Typical Holiday Inn location, my one issue is they do not have a working computer in their business center. As a hotel that runs as a business hotel that just isn't cool.
