Very good experience. Every staff member was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient. Thank you for a great stay and I'll be back here next time I'm in town.Safety: Safe location! I ran around the block several times every morning before the sun was up and never felt threatened or nervous about the area.

As a loyal Diamond member of the Hilton, I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at one of their properties that compelled me to share my concerns. My stay at the hotel was marred by inadequate housekeeping practices and a disheartening lack of response from the management team.First and foremost, I was shocked to discover that the housekeeping staff were using the same towel to clean the toilet and then proceeding to wipe down the bathroom countertops and handles. This blatant disregard for hygiene standards is not only unacceptable but also poses serious health risks to guests. It's distressing to think that such careless practices are being employed within a reputed hotel chain like Hilton.Upon discovering this issue, I promptly brought it to the attention of the hotel manager, expecting a swift and appropriate response given my status as a Diamond member. However, to my dismay, my complaint fell on deaf ears. The manager seemed unwilling to acknowledge the severity of the situation or take any meaningful action to address it. This dismissive attitude only compounded my frustration and disappointment.As someone who values cleanliness and expects a certain level of service from a brand like Hilton, this experience has left me deeply concerned. The disregard for basic hygiene standards and the lack of accountability from the management team are simply unacceptable.In conclusion, I urge prospective guests to think twice before booking a stay at this particular Hilton property. Despite being a loyal Diamond member, my concerns were ignored, and I was left feeling disillusioned with the level of service provided. It's essential for Hilton to take immediate steps to rectify these issues and ensure that such lapses in quality are not repeated in the future.

We are currently on night 3 of our stay and in room 207 and were awakened 20 minutes ago at 12:50am, by drilling and metal scraping outside of our window. Looked out our window and a man is moving a piece of metal around. Called the front desk and was told “they’re cleaning the hood” and “we should’ve never been put in that room” due to scheduled cleaning. 30 minutes later, said cleaning is still happening. Cleaning in the middle of the night!! Right outside our window!!! We’re in disbelief that any “scheduled cleaning” would happen in the wee hours of the night directly outside a guests room.

Restaurant wasn’t open on the weekends and breakfast started at 7 am. However, continental breakfast was available .

I have stayed hear multiple times for business when in the area. I like the location as it is easy to get on and off the freeway. There is a little noise early morning if backing up to the Costco side of the building (back) with trucks, beeping etc. but nothing earplugs cant combat. The front desk employees are very nice and pleasant. Parking is ample an free. Area is safe.

First and last time staying here. Am an elite member yet treated as if I was a bother to them. Extremely rude service at an increased price. will not stay here again. I would suggest picking another place if you want just the minimum of service. The room was sub par as well. Paying it forward so you don’t experience what I did. Owner of this property clearly does not care at all.

We had a situation at the front desk which they fixed. But the lady that helped us kept giving us looks everytime we went through the entrance to our room, we felt very uncomfortable during this stay. ( they were dirty looks)

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, but they lied on the website stating they have a hot tub, in which they do not and was removed for some reason and the pool is only 4 ft deep, I was super disappointed hoping to enjoy a nice hot tub, but went down and nope nothing there. They also don't have tubs only showers!

This hotel does have conditioner containers on the walls in the showers. Since Homes2 suite hotel does not, I called this hotel and they said they do have conditioner for women’s hair in their showers, which is great!

Good enough. Room was not quite, some noise from outside and from the air conditioner motor. The pool was closed.Rooms: view on the parking lot. Clean but a lot of noises.

It was so peaceful and relaxing! I had a wonderful time and came home refreshed.Rooms: They were spacious and clean. They provided hygiene products in the shower and plenty of towels.Food & drinks: They had like a ministore in the lobby. It was nice to not have to leave to the store to get snacks and drinks. It was perfect!
