Stayed here for one night. Found mouse poo under the pillows. When I told the front desk, they were not surprised and they did not seem too bothered by it. The simply said they would give us a new room and gave us the room next door to the mouse room. That room had black hairs on the bed and the towels. Not overly impressed with cleanliness. That said, it was better in the second room. They did not offer us a discount or even apologize in any way for the experience though…

Stayed in this hotel for a few days with my husband and 20 month old twins.The hotel was pretty decent. Breakfast was excellent and the waffle batter contained no eggs whatsoever. This is the first time that I have stayed in a hotel that I was able to safely eat the waffles. I took advantage of it every morning.While my husband thought that room could have been a little bit bigger, overall it was really nice. Everything was clean. The bathtub drained well. No open plugs anywhere. They had a night light in the bathroom. The AC worked. And at the end of the day, the employees didn’t mind if the kids ran up and down the hallways. ?If we go back to that area, we could definitely see ourselves staying here again. ?Food & drinks: Huge variety of breakfast items and the waffle batter was not made with eggs!

Nice lobby, clean comfy rooms, easily accessible right off the freeway. Get your munchies and drugstore needs before it gets too late. You can DoorDash but not everything is close by late at night.

Clean, well kept, great people/service. Free breakfast. Daily housekeeping. No using Covid as an excuse to provide sub par service and amenities. Pool. Microwave and fridge in room.Great jobUpdate.- A year and multiple stays later and this is still great, still great service , clean, and daily housekeeping. I've sampled the other hotels at this exits and this is the best.

Next to Costco in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Breakfast will start your happy day (Ykiyk). SF outlet Mall is 7min away.

Excellent location. Was a little wary with all the bad press about homelessness and trash but did not see anything of that sort around the hotel premises. Would go for a brief morning walk which was very convenient.

I was extremely disappointed in how the staff behaved. My uncle supposed to stay at this hotel for my wedding. The night before his trip he got into a serious car accident and he and his girlfriend were sent to the hospital. His girlfriend broke her arm so they had to cancel their plans. He notified me and asked me to cancel his hotel room for him, which he told me 5 minutes after midnight, the day he was supposed to check in.I called immediately to ask for the reservation to be cancelled by the employee refused to do so. I went the next morning to speak to a manager and again they refused to help or or show any consideration to the matter. I was appalled by the lack of empathy and kindness the employees at this hotel offer. Not once did they try to cancel the reservation, nor did they make any attempt to help reduce the rate for one night. Instead they stuck by "corporate policy."If you value kindness and empathy in hotel employees, avoid this hotel at all cost. The employees here are soulless and have zero care for you or your situation. If you have an emergency, don't expect anything from this hotel except your money, because that's all they want. Corporate greed at it's finest.

Room fridge has no freezer. Decent size for a mini fridge though.Pool area pretty nice!Rooms: Shower was strong. Compared to the nearby Home2 the fridge was small and lacked a freezer. It was ok but I prefer the large fridge and freezer plus dishes and flatware and dishwasher in the Home2.

The rooms are always clean and the price isn't too bad. I love that they have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. It makes it easier to know I don't have to pack my own and I will have enough to actually shower. They have a continental breakfast and it's presented nicely. I always enjoy my stay here.

A clean, tidy hotel. The room is basic but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and well taken care of. The checking was fast and simple (leave a credit card number for incidentals). Breakfast was well stocked and with plenty of seating. Coffee was good. Lots of parking. No complaints from me. Exceeded my expectations.

Context: I stayed two nights from Saturday to Monday. Pros:Friendly staff. Free lotion, razors etc from front desk. AC worked great. Shower was clean and hot. Room appeared clean. Cons:Noise: could hear the pipes in the wall every time someone in other rooms flushed a toilet or ran water. I could hear other visitors talking and laughing all night. Comfort: The pillows were uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy.Incorrect information: I called twice beforehand to confirm the pool would be open and the desk attendant confirmed it would be open during my stay. When I arrived, it was not open. I specifically chose accommodations with a pool and paid $160 a night. This is a cheap inn at the price of a nice Hilton or marriot. I do not recommend this hotel.
