Disappointing Experience at Guess Store, Livermore Outlet:
I recently purchased a diamond-studded belt from the Guess store at Livermore Outlet, but unfortunately, the product failed to meet expectations. Despite being unworn and still tagged, the belt began to deteriorate, with diamonds falling out and the material breaking apart.
When I returned to the store the next day with the receipt, I encountered a management staff member (Store manager Filipino 6 ft tall) who demonstrated unprofessional behavior and a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Despite my explanation, he refused to accept the return, stating that damaged items are not accepted. His dismissive attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue were astonishing.
It's clear that this manager is more interested in driving customers away than providing decent customer service. The owner of this store should be aware that this manager's behavior is damaging the reputation of the store and causing customers to lose trust. I'm certain that the owner would be proud of this manager for chasing away loyal customers with his awful customer service.
As a result of this experience, I will never return to this store and strongly advise others to avoid it until the manager is replaced and the customer service is significantly improved. The store's failure to address this issue has lost them a loyal customer and potentially many more. One damaged item has led to a lifetime of lost business.

fashionable and good quality for an affordable price, the store is nice and organized. BBBBUUTTTTT taking two stars away at this Livermore location because of the chunky Hispanic girl with the blonde hair working the register 11/25/23 she was rude & sassy because I was asking for a price adjustment on some stuff I had bought a couple days prior and the price had went down,(but I will say the rest of the workers I have encountered here on numerous occasions usually the evening shift(I’m guessing) & the (male) store manager were nice and I appreciate him working with me after being told something completely different a few days prior… But the customer service the cashier today gave me makes me question coming back and shopping at this location I might just stick to GUESS FACTORY ONLINE.

I feel sorry for those 2 miserable curly-haired dudes who work here. They must live a pretty sad, pathetic life so they vent their anger and dissatisfaction to the customers. Better ask for some medical help. They all look like they have some serious mental issues. No need to reply to me and waste both time.

Surprising this stores stars are so low. The men there all worked together to help me with a request. Going to pick it up tomorrow morning as the heat from today really took the wind out of me. Wasn't able to memorize their names unfortunately.
