The store is clean, and the staff is pleasant, even though we were window shopping

Hi I am not sure if Armani is providing a false and misleading advertisement on the main window clings or if the employees are giving a misleading statement, I went to Armani exchange on Sunday June 4th . Your company signed said 30% additional off of clearance, when I picked up merchandise the employee and manager stated that the sale was only on clearance. I showed them both of them red tags of clearance than they switched their statement to 30% additional was on minimum purchase of $350 where it was not mentioned anywhere in the store or the the window advertisementI was there last week for the same sale but due to short staff it took extremely long to wait . I think even old navy might be doing a better job on keeping their communication straight with customers and employeesAll though I don’t have much hope that anyone from Armani will care about all this to improve but I have the picture below of the sign and store located in Livermore,CA outlets

I bought a mens dress shirt as a gift I stumbled in that store and the color and pattern is somewhat impressive and I am aware it is an outlet. The lady handed me over the item I purchased along with the receipt. When i got home to check the shirt it was all unbutton and missing 1 button. I know she was checking the shirt before she scanned it. No return policy was info was given to me. But a man told me that I can get exchange in 14 when I asked him about size when I was looking for this shirt. So i came back in 2 days after I bought the item to tell them about missing button. The EMG thats what she told who she was name Alice Lee told me that I can exchange. Only that they have no same size and she was emphasizing to me if I can exchange with bigger size.So the problem are all of these.1. When I insist i wanted the same size why would i go for a bigger size.2. Then she told me there is no proof that they sold the shirt with missing button. Oh well, common sense what I am going to do with a button which is not even made of gold or pearl. To find me at fault is so wrong. Your staff should check it before scanning.4. I said this is Armani and she replied it is an outlet so which means even you pay a hefty amount since it is an outlet store a customer doesn’t deserve what am Amani brand should represent ?5. In the event that you don’t have same item to exchange what are they suppose to do when they don’t disclose a return and exchange policy when you are paying.6. She look for a button that is similar and give it to me. I said I am not sewing that, when I bought the item i have the right to get a complete item besides it didn’t say that there is a missing part when they sold it.7. The worst is when I empathized the fault of the staff and she can’t figure out how to solve a problem instead of me exchanging to a bigger size which is a ridiculous solution she wants me to come back to talk to that staff. What was she thinking when she told me this? I refused to come back because you gave me inconvenience already and now you wantme to come back and if ever i come back are they going to refund or exchange with the same size, obviously thats not what it is. I don’t know how can you be a manager to think that way.She ended up sewing a button which obviously not at par.Would i ever shop for Armani in the future, hell no. It is my first and last! I should have trust my instinct the moment i walked in. Staff will treat you like trash because you a shopping in an outlet store!

I’m not sure what all the one star reviews are for. Maybe dress like you’re going to shop there and you will get treated accordingly..? Needless to say I was given great customer service and treated very well the employees even asked me if there was anything I would need help with don’t hesitate to ask. Gave me a changing room and asked if I was going to purchase them and I said yes and they carried them to the front of the counter for me. Will definitely be back thanks again Armani!

I was just at the Armani outlet in Livermore I had bad experience. Is it a gender based store because I’m black and I saw two employees on the floor watching me while I shopped like I didn’t have the money to pay for the things I was trying to buy so is that what you guys stand for I hope not bad experience it was to women watching me and my brother as we shopped

According to him, the guy who is the manager told me that I had to have a mask and not a neck mask and I went for another type of mask and when I came back there were two guys with a neck mask and I told him why they could and he didn't know What to say, these types of characters should be removed from their work, how is it possible that they treat customers that way?

Rude sales person. Bad product selection. Extremely unpleasant experience. The entire store seems screwing up the brand on purpose.

Service is super weird and rude most of the associates. There was only one nice guy but the rest were so rude. They really have the audacity to act like they're all that when they're just a tacky clothing store...like you're not even luxury? So yea that was a major factor to consider if you shop here they're all very stand offish, rude, and unwelcoming. Clothes aren't even cute idk why my dad loves it so much.

Friendly staff but selections are limited. I still ended up buying some underwear & undershirts. Worth checking.

I hate to have to waste time in writing this review, but the management needs to know this unpleasant experience. It was very brief, but that's a reflection of what is to come if I was able to go in. I walked in on Saturday 10-2-21 at 6:15 pm and was approached with a a very rude greeting. Since the door was open I walked in and two young male employees turned to me and said " the store is full and you have to leave".........just that way. What a vulgar display of customer ignorance. With a response like that it was my pleasure to leave, and never coming back. They were apparently controlling the amount of people going in due to covid, but to rude is unacceptable. If you are the manager , it behooves you investigate who these rude employees are.

This Giorgio Armani at Valley Fair is a laughable!!! The total inventory for the men's selection are: 5 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, and 4 sport coats. You can walk right passed all the items in less than a second.

Items purchased are not returnable and nobody tell you this before you came to return them. I had a long discussion about that and manager of the store insured me that I must be mistaken and they always mention this policy. Couple customers made purchases meanwhile, they never been told this policy either. When I point out on that he said he will talk about it to stuff. I feel I being lied.

I was very disappointed when I realized that I can not return the present that was small for me. The manager with a ”smile” was talking with me like I'm a fool and don't read the back of the receipt. Be careful!
