  Super happy with Fix Fitness! Recently remodeled our home and put in new flooring. Needed someone to move our gym equipment out of the way for the demolition and install of the flooring and then come back and put everything back in place. Chris was so efficient and professional. Every equipment was perfectly put back in place and they even repaired my old treadmill for free! Now, I don’t have an excuse to buy a new one. But saved me a lot of money. Price was also very reasonable.

  I was looking for a service tech to tune up my old elliptic and Chris offered me a much newer and better model for a great price. I recommend this business and will probably use them again.

  We bought a Nordic Track Treadmill and had it delivered thinking we could put it together ourselves. After watching a Youtube video on how to do it we decided it would be better to have a professional assemble it. I found Fix Fitness on Thumtack and decided to go with them. They were responsive and we set up an appointment quickly. Chris was patient while we changed where in the room we were going to put the treadmill and moved furniture. He quickly put together a working machine. He had everything he needed to get the job done when he walked into the house. He made sure to show us the owner's manual. He left the area fairly clean and was professional the whole time.

  Fix Fit was prompt, efficient, and my elliptical is now working better than when I first bought it! The cost was also pretty reasonable. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointing experience with Fix Fitness. 1. Communication and scheduling was very difficult. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon, and explained the problem. I called on Tuesday to confirm that they understood the problem with my equipment, and they asked me to send a photo. (I received no reply.) On Wednesday when they had not arrived for the scheduled appointment, I called and the technician finally told me they didn't have the replacement part. We rescheduled for Friday at noon, awaiting the part. On Thursday I received an email that the appointment was confirmed for 2:00 Friday (not noon as we had discussed). I called repeatedly all afternoon on Friday to clarify the schedule. The technician finally arrived around 4:30pm. 2. He didn't fix the machine. There was a part that he didn't install, and the machine didn't work properly. I called and texted him, but received no reply. I hired a different company to come the next day, and paid for them to fix the machine.

  I'm not asking for a refund or anything from them, Flex fitness did finish the job assembling my equipment, I would have tipped the technician if he would have given me better service. It was the overall process that left me unsatisfied with their services and other yelpers should be aware of.I had hired Fix Fitness assemble my squat rack/ power cage, there were a bunch of scratches on all of the paint from, Fix Fitness claims it may have been from the manufacturers packaging but seeing and hearing him dragging the pieces on the concrete floor while it was being assembled, it was kind of hard not to assume that the scratches were from the assembler. I paid thousands of dollars for this equipment the least he could of done was handle my equipment with care just like they show on their website where the equipment is laid down on moving blankets. I understand over time the equipment will get beat up and scratched, but still no one wants to see brand new equipment scratched up. He also left a mess with all the plastic and cardboard packaging all over the place, as a courtesy service he could have at least brought the empty boxes and trash out to the dumpster yet he opted to leave it all over the floor. So I had to clean up after his mess and take out the trash and cardboard. After I emailed him about the issues he suggested that I should have Unpacked and unboxed the parts, that's part of the assembly process and why I opted to hire them, cause I don't have the time nor did they mention it on the proposal,What really ticked me off was his tardiness, my appointment was scheduled from 12-2pm I was expecting him to show up between those times. I had called him 7 times and no answer or call, a courtesy call would have made all the difference telling me he was running behind. Apparently, his time is more important than the clients time. He finally arrived at 4:15pm, 4 hours late or 2 depending on how you look at it but still late. And by the time he finally finished the assembly it was at around 7pm. I mean I could have gone to Home Depot and hired a couple Laborers and they would have done an outstanding job. Instead I Hired Fix Fitness the so called professionals who ended up, scratching my equipment, leaving trash and cardboard all over and wasting hours of my time waiting for them and corresponding with the owner via email expressing my dissatisfaction on their services and him crying about his 1 star Yelp Review.

  I needed help with my Stairmaster. they went above and beyond in the end to make sure I was well taken care of!! I can truly say they are honest and good people to deal with!

  Highly recommend this company to fix any of your home gym equipment. Chris did an excellent job fixing my treadmill and a few other things I needed. I plan on ordering a new treadmill from him soon as well. His communication was excellent despite being very busy. He even worked through the pandemic. He takes great care, is very knowledgeable and will try to accommodate your needs however he can. Will be hiring him again in the future! Thanks Chris!

  It's unfortunate this guy doesn't know how to communicate. He'll inform you of availability then set something up, but then not confirm with you. It then becomes a tiresome, like attempting to herd cats. He'll then finally reach out and then flake and now you're left with a wasted day. Just a bad look for business, from a customer service standpoint. At this point, we'll cut our losses and move on.

  Called to set up an appointment to have the belt on my treadmill replaced. They had to order it, so we scheduled an appointment for today between 12-2pm. They never called or texted to confirm, but since I took the day off I called and confirmed 12-2. I called and texted several times once they missed the 2pm window by 45 minutes without a call to say they were running late. At 3:15pm the contacted my husband and swore they had the wrong number but tried to contact us...false! We had both texted so he had both of our numbers and no one called. Guy says be there in 40 minutes.... Over an hour goes by, my husband texts him. Oh sorry, just got in a car accident, not gonna make it out today. I call bullshit. Very unprofessional, theses clowns wasted my entire day.

  I went to use my treadmill and realized that something was wrong with the belt after a recent move. Super bummed because I wanted to get back on the treadmill ASAP. Luckily I found Fix Fitness on Yelp. The online booking was very easy to use and Chris (the owner) was able to came out himself and was very knowledgeable about all kinds of equipment and fixed the treadmill right away. He even took the time to show me certain specs on my particular model of treadmill and how to use various functions on the interface that I didn't even know existed. Super helpful. Price was also very reasonable, which is always a plus! Highly recommend them!

  The owner is now making up a totally fabricated story. I never old him how old my treadmill is because it never came up in my conversation with a representative if his, not him! The owner wrote me a long drawn out excuse on why he didn't contact me and asked me to take the review down. All his excuses were excuses! He had my phone number. What he did was left us waiting all day! He was a no show! That's all! End of story! How low can this guy go!

  I needed to get a treadmill belt replaced and found Fix Fitness by way of Yelp. They have a book your own appointment system. Took me a few minutes to schedule a visit. Chris couldn't make the visit due to an unforeseen issue. He emailed me and explained the issue and requested a reschedule. Prompt, quick and helpful. Will definitely reach out to him again.

  I highly recommend using these guys for your fitness equipment needs. The staff is very knowledgeable on a wide variety of products. I recently purchased a treadmill where they provided me a breakdown of the pros and cons for all the different brands on the market. After identifying my needs and budget, they found me the perfect pre owned treadmill. It was in fantastic shape. Fix Fitness left me knowing that if something were to brake down in the future they will be right there to help.
