Absolutely unhelpful person at front desk. Didn't bother to try to understand what kind of item I'm looking for, just told me to hire a plumber who will take care of it.

I called about a specific water heater and the young man took his time and checked and printed out an invoice and emailed it to me.Then when I arrived, the price was even lower than I was quoted. That is very nice. They were busy when I picked up but still loaded it in the truck for me. Good experience! Thank you very much!
