Nate is super unfriendly, doesn’t want to redo a bad job, just there to get the minimum effort done. Really bad customer experience. He didn’t want to retake a badly taken passport photo saying it passed the machine. It would take him like 2 mins.

Nate took a passport photo with uneven shoulder heights and misaligned, poorly cropped. He was very unfriendly and said we would need to pay again if we wanted it fixed. Don’t go here for passport photos.

Generally unfriendly and unwelcoming service from overworked and exhausted looking employees. They offer shipping and packages but not to PO boxes.

Was visited today to ship tow packages yo Mexico, I have requested to handle the shipping with experience resource, however the store manager given to one trainee resource. He done mistake multiple times , was stayed one hour in store to ship 2 packages. Worst customer experience center

My box was beat up but taped up and secure on all sides and they refused to take it. I told them all it had was 2 shirts in it and it would be fine, but nOoOoo. I went to postal annex and she accepted it without blinking.

Generally friendly and helpful, but don't get your passport photo here. Mine was blurry and grainy and I had to return it (no hassle about that), so basically a waste of 20-30 min.

First time going to this office and Lala was super friendly and helpful. The environment looked organized and everyone was in a good mood. Plan to continue to go to this location for future returns.

Had to get some blueprints printed . Brennan was a rockstar. He knew what to do when printer malfunctioned, stayed 1 hour late because I had so many pages to print. Manager, Give the man a raise please!!
