Great staff, always friendly and professional. Especially the manager, Shiva! He's been very flexible and accommodating with my family and I. Property is always very clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Huge parking lot and close to food and freeway.

It is a nice place with super attention, the rooms are always well laid out and the bathroom things are in their proper place.
I love it because it has a kitchen and I can make very good food, all the services are there. Always in the best way by the hotel staff

Its A shame, this hotel must see a lot of "Problem tennants" because it seems they treat everyone like they are...
I paid for 4 rooms but they wouldnt give me the keys to the other three stating " theres no way im sleeping in all 4 so I had to wait for all my team to arrive to get them checked in as well...
there are no kitchen items in the room, no Ice trays in the freezer, no Ice maker on the property only thing in the cubbards was a Moldy dish rag and two potatoes growing roots).. there is however a sign in the room stating if you would like the kitchen dishes package please call the front desk and they will deliver them to your room... only when I called the front desk they told me I had to go get them, so I did.. Mind you i booke a 2 bed room with two guests, they would only give me one plate one bowl one fork ETC. when I asked about dishes for my room mate they said if he wanted dishes he would need to come and get them also...
Robert is very unprofessional and has no clue how to interact with people let alone customers, he should in no way ever be put in a customer service roll...
they hotel its self was average at best but the rude and almost offensive attitudes of all the hotel staff made it a place we will not stay at again

This is definitely the worst extended stay that I have ever been. I had to change ny room key at least once a day or every other day for sure. I was tokd they dont clean your rooms until you stay at least a week. I was here gmfor 10 days. And most of the time that i came to the front desk to complain about aomething( my key not working, the tv not working, getting clean linen) anything there was always a sign up that said welcome i will be right back. Doesnt matter what time. Im here writing this now at 7:17 pm on a Sunday, i had to wait 20 minutes earlier to get a new key at 12:30 pm I mean damn near anytime there is going to be a wait. I will never stay here again and Im almost at the point where Im just going to leave and eat the cost of this olace and go find a place that will suit my needs for the rest of the time that I am in Livermore.
This is absolutely crazy!!!! And the people from the front desk still arent here.

Shower doesn’t drain at all. blood stain on the carpet and bad customer service. Robert has very bad customer service talking to people and doesn’t interact properly. Place is not worth staying at and will never be back.

Great hotel, room was very clean and the rooms are spacious. Has a little kitchen set up with 2 burners and an apartment sized fridge. Breakfast is just granola bars so not a real meal. No poo and no gym. Is close to freeway and very quiet. Perfect for an over night style but limited if you are here for work.

Have tried to call to speak to a manager several times over the last few days, and never seems to be available. Attempted to reach out about the roach issues and possible infestation issue I had while staying this past weekend, prior to posting this review. Sadly, with no response from a manager to discuss the issue and possible refund, I am now posting this review.

Terrible, gross, dated, smelly, dirty... DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL WITHOUT READING THIS FIRST! (The smells coming from this hotel make you want to vomit) I was traveling for work and was supposed to stay for 29 days. On night one, I called the desk at 230 am to ask about the noise and I was told by the night clerk that they have years long residents who do drugs and the staff know it. I was told, if they pay the hotel no one cares or will stop them. I stayed there for five nights and did not sleep until 3:30 or 4:00 in the morning every night because of the noise and the residents staying up so late. After several nights of this, I spoke to the GM about it and I came home on the 5th day early from work (because I had a multitude of things to do) and my hotel room was under INCHES of water! All of my belongings were soaked. I went downstairs and spoke with the general manager of the hotel again about it. She came up to my room and witnessed the amount of water everywhere and the fact that all of my belongings were soaked from whatever liquid came out of the baseboards. Her only offer of compensation was to credit my company with two free nights on the stay.... I'm sorry but that is just unacceptable at this point. I explained that to her and there was no compromise in sight. She basically looked at me like 'oh well' the whole time. I met more than 10 people in passing during my stay who were also staying here and had experienced something similar with problems in the hotel and a refusal to refund money or shorten the reservation. Good luck!Rooms: Gross! I can't mention enough how dated, gross and the smell makes you want to vomit!Safety: Unsafe. Staff admitted drug addicts and permanent residents at the location.
