Jack is amazing! I was in pursuit of a particular Etro bag. Once I arrived at the store, Jack showed me a selection of bags he had, thoroughly explaining features When I mentioned I had a particular look in mind, he spent hours searching for a selection of bags that met my criteria from inventory, carefully detailed sizes to make sure what I was not able to physically touch would meet my requirements. He did all of this with a smile on his face...and he found what I wanted within a couple of days. Extremely friendly, genuine person, and extremely hard-working! I cannot say enough good things about Jack! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

We will enjoy shopping at their outlet store more after the exceptional service level we received from Destiny. Who takes calls on their days off from clients these days?? Well, let me tell you she does. I hope she is recognized for putting the extra effort to earn our business. The styles are unique and fashion forward to say the least but that customer experience really made the difference for us.

The item was defected so that the several parts were detached after its first time usage. I had to fix them by paying $$. Quality of sold product is ridiculous and I was extremely disappointed with $$$ loss.

Do not shop here. I bought a sweater as a gift for someone. It turned out to be a bit small for a medium. I called and asked if they had a larger size. After over two weeks of them trying to find one, they informed me they found one at another store, but I would have to pay shipping. I thought fine, but I would be able to return the smaller one. They said no, I would be stuck with one sweater that I could not use, pay full price for the other sweater and pay for shipping on the sweater. I have bought several coats and jackets previously at this store. That's the last time I will be shopping at the Etro Livermore Outlet.

The clothes are nice, sales person was polite. But better think twice before buying anything again from this store. Their policy will not allow you to do an even exchange will set me off from buying from them again. Charging so much for high end clothing, they should at least allow for an exchange. Not very considerate if you are selling expense clothing that are in the hundreds. I strongly encourage they change their policy to bring in more business.

Being raised in Alaska therefore, some might consider me a country bumpkin(at times I think of myself as such), I had never heard of Etro clothing. I was in Asia a couple of years ago and was staying in a hotel that had several fashion boutiques on the lower floors, when killing some time I walked into one of their boutiques. I fell in love with many of their styles( I have always loved paisley) and bought a couple of pairs of pants and a shirt and tie ensemble. So, when back in the states I started looking around for Etro boutiques, the best I could do until this outlet opened was a few items at Neiman's and Saks. I really felt like i struck it rich when i found this outlet store! I have developed quite a friendship with the folks there and especially Shannon! She is absolutely the best!!!! I have been there enough that she now knows what I like and will email pictures of things I might like and then I email back and tell what to hold for me till I get there. SO, this a fantastic find and the folks that work there really care about the customer and go that extra mile to help.

One of the only *designer* shops at the outlet mall that carries top tier merchandise. If you have seen this line, some of it can be a bit much. Beautifully made, and unique...it was sheer fondling pleasure. Last season works for me!! I did not find that ultimate piece...but you must go check it out...amazing!!

Ok, this may see far fetched, but yes I do like some finer clothing besides my work clothes. Damn Paragon Outlet , you suck! Its a conspiracy that you put your outlet so close to where I live. This is a evil plot, a master plan of getting the economy moving with designer clothes and goods. When we thought we were safe not having outlets close to us in the Bay area, Bamh! there it is, right in our back yard. Good job... OK, I was doing fine strolling through most of the shops at the outlet , but when I went into the ETRO shop, it was on. I did hold back some, but exited with a nice dress shirt for the holidays. This shirt would have cost too much for me normally at a boutique or store,but at the outlet shop it was over 55% off. I like this designer, because the cut fits well on wide shoulder guys and is not all that slim cut, tight look of most of the shirts out there.- its the awesome fit and design I like most. So the besides the dirt and grime I work in all day long, this Etro is going to to look good this holiday season. See dirty guys can clean up when we have to. Most definitely, I'll be back to the Etro store.
