Avoid Enterprise Livermore! My recent encounter at the Enterprise parking lot in Livermore left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. While visiting the nearby gym, "The Camp", I inadvertently parked in a spot labeled "Enterprise parking only". I didn't notice the sign until I returned, as it was posted several spots away from where I parked. Moreover, I arrived and parked at 7:58pm, nearly three hours after normal business hours. Upon leaving the gym at 9pm, I found my car blocked in by a van. A man, who appeared to be associated with Enterprise, approached me and began interrogating me about my parking choice. I felt increasingly uncomfortable as I explained that I had just left the gym and found myself blocked in by another vehicle. To my surprise, he questioned whether the car I was sitting in belonged to me. It struck me as highly unusual that he demanded an explanation for my parking, especially given that it was way past business hours and the availability of numerous open spaces in the parking lot. I clarified that I had parked there assuming it was open to the public, since it was well after business hours. He immediately stated "no" and eventually moved his van, allowing me to leave. Following this incident, I made the decision not to utilize any Enterprise services. Despite having a current 10-day reservation (Reservation number 3P4Y**) for a rental this week, I refuse to continue business with this Enterprise location. I am actively exploring alternative rental options and will promptly switch to another car rental company. I urge Enterprise Livermore to address this issue promptly. I expect a formal acknowledgment and swift resolution to prevent others from facing similar experiences. Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial in upholding customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The agent who was assisting me, Dylan Walsh, was great. He was very helpful, friendly, and personable. It felt like he had our best interest in mind when booking the vehicle.

I’ve been working with enterprise for years. This is by far the best one I’ve dealt with in a while. Customer service was amazing and I had zero issues the entire 50 days I had the rental! I had the money and deposit on a company credit card, I also had them on a debit card and I also had it in cash. They would absolutely not rent to me because I had an out-of-state driver's license. I am always going to go to Avis and Budget first. National treated me just as bad as Enterprise.

Maxwell was amazing! Very knowledgeable, very helpful on both my checkout and checking back in of my rental car. The staff at the Livermore location make renting a car a really easy quick process. I will continue to do business with this location.
