Bought the MOST comfortable sandals here. A lot more than I've ever paid for a pair of sandals but they are beyond comfortable and stylish. Loved the service I received, very nice shopping experience!

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. (The San Francisco is a bit of a misnomer given the distance from SF city proper but that's a decision of the outlet mall rather than Ecco.) I was able to place an online order for pickup and try the item before buying. Easy peasy! Now just getting back on BART... The 14 goes back and forth for two bucks. Good deal!

After purchasing shoes on Thanksgiving week, I went to the store since I had a $30 off coupon from the purchase. When I saw that one of the shoes I bought for 25%off is now 30%off, I asked the clerk if they did a price adjustment. Right away, the manager suddenly spoke out that they don't and their price always changes. I told him that most stores do & that's why I asked. He then continued to say if the price went up, would I pay the difference and also if it went down again after, would I want the lower price. Why go on & on. He is such a smart a%% & lacks customer service. The previous woman Asian manager was friendly & it was always great to shop. I'm seriously thinking of returning my shoes now.

ECCO is one of my favorite brands. The shoes are super comfortable and durable. The ECCO Outlet Store in San Francisco Premium Output is where I can find high-quality shoes at a more affordable price. The ECCO store in the outlet is getting busier and busier every time when I am here. It seems like more people like their shoes now. The store still offers the best price compared to the regular ECCO store in the shopping mall or department stores. The employees in this location are also very attentive and friendly. I feel very comfortable shopping here and have no pressure from their salesperson. Parking in this super busy outlet mall could be a little challenging on the weekend. Weekday parking is much easier, or try to come before 10:30 am or after 4 pm if you have to come shop at the weekend.

Price is same as other stores...the only difference is this location has a lots of design to choose from.Only a few items were discounted but the same discounts were listed at Macy's website and other stores.
