It is very important to me that the sales staff isn't arrogant or have an "I'm betting than you attitude" at any point of the transaction. Plus they were very accommodating to my 86 year old father-in-law as he was selecting his next firearm.

I’ve bought some guns and done some transfers with these guys and every time it has been a great experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient I’ve recommend this place to my friends and family and they have said similar things.
I really appreciate that they didn’t make me feel dumb or stupid for not knowing something, but rather appreciated the chance to share some knowledge.
Some may say the prices are a bit high but I don’t mind the premium for the level of service they provide. Running a business in this state isn’t the easiest, much less a gun store!
I am and will continue to be a returning customer. ?

Passed the FSC on my first , was guided by the owner of the store to purchase my first fire arm and he wasn’t cocky about his knowledge or made you feel stupid ! I was comfortable with my purchase due to his humbleness alone . I would definitely recommend this store to any potential first time gun owners will be coming back for one of those beautiful Winchesters ? .

Ive done a couple DROS' for online purchases with them and although their prices are not cheap, their great service is worth paying for. in and out within 15 mins, friendly clerks and overall great guys running this place.

FSC exam is $25 at most places, however this place charges $38 ($25 + $10 + TAX (see photo)). PPT fees are more than doubled. Some firearms and ammunition are marked up high. Owners are nice and polite.

Updating my review, went into the store and they made it right and some more. Not only did they listen but also changed a policy to make it right for future customers. Very knowledgeable staff and definitely gained a new customer. Will be getting some upgrades to my collection there to support a local business that cares and listens.

Nice shop with no attitude ! My transaction was very pleasant. I listened to them answer noob questions while I was completing my paperwork. They were patient and professional. A nice alternative to the big box stores.
